Summit County Covid restrictions in place. All reservations can only be accommodated if guests are from two households or less.
Luxurious condo with all the comforts of home. Beautiful condo with cathedral ceilings. Quiet, top-floor corner, unit. Fireplace. Master bedroom has a California-king bed. Second bedroom has queen-sized bed and bunk beds. Queen size sofa sleeper with upgraded mattress. Washer & dryer in the condo. Large flat screen TV's. Hot tub is just a few steps away. Gas grill on the balcony. Free WiFi. Nearby building has more outdoor hot tubs, an exercise room, steam, sauna and game room with foosball, billiards, and air hockey. Indoor ice rink one block away. Please note these amenities might not be available due to Covid restrictions. Also on the free shuttle route. (License #405490001)

Beautiful condo with the perfect location!

Our family of 5 loved this spacious condo. Such a great location - easy walk to Main Street and Peak 9. Lovely high ceilings, lots of light and plenty of room. We loved having a garage for our car and the hot tub just down the stairs. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

2nd time staying here…still perfect

This is the second Christmas we have spent at this property. Great location, garage a big plus, plenty of space and cozy in the living room with fireplace. Looks out on the mountains, easy to walk to dinners in town. Host is very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Highly recommend without hesitation.

Wonderful Christmas Holiday getaway

This property is a prime location in Breckinridge. You can walk to the shops and restaurants on Main Street and the Peak 9 lift is a "very" short shuttle ride away. The furnishings are beautiful and this rental had all the comforts of home. We LOVED the hot tub, the fireplace, the views and the radiant heat floors! So cozy and comfortable for our family of 4. We will most definitely be back.

Excellent Location

This condo is a walk away from all of the shops on Main Street and Beaver run ski locations. The property manager was amazing and the home was welcoming. Great stay!!

Wonderful Location and Clean

This has been one of our best condos that we stayed in Breck. It was clean and had plenty of cookware with was a main issue with the other condos. The microwave wasn’t working but the owner was quick to reply and had a new microwave delivered the next day. It was a 10 minute walk to the chairlift although they gave buss service. I’ll stay here again. Thanks Debbie for all of your communication.

Fantastic Vacation

The condo was clean, well appointed and Debbie was super responsive with any instructions, questions or concerns. It was a great vacation for us and I wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Very comfortable property well stocked with amenities

Had a great time at this property was in for a ski trip was able to walk to the slopes close to Breckenridge brewery which was fantastic. Property had everything we need.

Perfect Christmas Vacation

Our first time to Breckenridge! We had an amazing time. The condo was perfect and stocked with everything we needed other than a few groceries. Would definitely stay again!

Nice condo, a short (9 minute) walk to the lifts at Breck. Great for a family looking for a ski vacation. Easy to access.

Great condo.

The condo had everything we needed for our Breckenridge visit. Plus it was perfectly located for our family. It was a very short walk into the center of town so we didn't have to worry about parking.

Perfect Stay

Conveniently located on the South side of Main Street. Clean, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood with great views. Unit included everything we needed for family of 6. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful! We loved the condo. Size was perfect for family of 3 and def. could handle a larger group. Location was also 5 star as you could walk to Main Street and still had views of mountains and all the beautiful trees. Owner was very responsive ! Comfortable, clean, and convenient !!

Great location!

This condo is in great location!! Walk to downtown and skiing. The living area and bedrooms are comfortable. We had a wonderful Christmas and kid's first ski experience in Breckenridge!

Close to the action

Pretty place, close to town, good for family/friends. Not right on the slopes, but very easy to get around from. Would certainly use again.

Hello from Breckenridge! Being one of the lucky ones as a Colorado Native, I've enjoyed Breckenridge and Summit County since I was just a child. In 2005 my family and I moved to Breckenridge to enjoy all that this wonderful community offers. I'm an avid skier and enjoy both alpine and Nordic skiing. One of my favorite things is volunteering with Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center giving skiing experiences for individuals with disabilities and special needs. In the Summertime you will find me hiking or biking on many of our amazing trails.

As a real estate broker, my relationship with these owners began in 2014 when I was first introduced to these ten owners who met through a college fraternity, and have maintained their friendship through the years.

We hope you enjoy your stay with us, and we thank you for choosing to stay at this wonderful condo!

These owners have always wanted to own a vacation home in a resort community and they loved the location of this complex and the spaciousness of this condo. Breckenridge appealed to their sense of a small, mountain town with all it's charm.

Additionally, with it's cathedral ceilings and fabulous views, the owners knew this was the condo for them.
