The best of both worlds! This beautiful duplex home sits on Little Lagoon with 2 balconies to enjoy the water views. Nearby are a shared in pool and dock with 11 units. It is perfect for fishing or enjoying sunsets. It is a short 2 block walk to the Gulf with public access. The Perch on Little Lagoon is located in the On Golden Pond community. We rent Saturday to Saturday during the summer months and 3 day minimum the rest of the year.

It has 3 bedrooms and a loft with twin beds. The bedroom on the first floor has a king sized bed with a shared bathroom. There is an owner and guest closet in this room. Sleeps a total of 8 plus infant sleeper crib.
Upstairs has a loft with twin beds and bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and an en suite bathroom. The primary bedroom has a private balcony with full water views of Little Lagoon and an en suite bathroom. There is also a washer/dryer on the second floor.

The open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, and living area has gorgeous views of the lagoon. The kitchen has all of the essentials for cooking during your stay. Just in front of the condo, there is a shared pool and fishing dock with boat slips for small boat or jet skis (first come, first serve). Smaller boat or jet ski trailer must fit underneath the carport. Underneath carport will hold two cars. Travel trailers, travel homes, and larger boat trailers do not have access to parking on the property.

This condo has more of an airy, warm beach house feel to it because it is a duplex instead of a high rise.

This area boasts a variety of activities for visitors of all ages. There are beautiful white sand beaches, the Gulf Shores Zoo, Fort Morgan, Fort Gaines, OWA, The Wharf, Waterville, shopping at Tanger Outlets, fishing, boating or jet skiing and so much more.

No pets please. Renter must be 25 years or older. An outdoor camera is on the property. It is located under the carport for safety.
