I really liked the close access to the beach! I also liked the enclosed backyard so it was easy and safe to have my dog relieve herself. We had the items we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. We had a great stay!

We loved this place! The host was easy to communicate with, the property was clean and the kitchen had all the amenities to cook with. We like having the enclosed yard for the safety of our dog. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. The master bedroom was large and bed was comfy. We didn't use the other two rooms, however they were nice sized and looked comfy.

Our favorite place to stay in Grayland. Short walk to the beach, fully fenced yard, quiet, fireplace, lots of space, individual control of heat, lots of blankets and pillows, great assortment of beach gear, w/d. Love it!

Really a perfect beach stay for families, kids, and especially dogs. Super close to the beach, multiple comfy spaces to hang out - the front porch is welcoming and has a great table right off the kitchen, the yard is large, grassy and fully fenced with a covered fire pit and cute play area for kids, and the inside has comfy sofas, a big well-stocked kitchen and nice bedrooms with cute nautical touches throughout. Fast communication and great value top it off. This is such an awesome spot. We will be back!

Love This Place

Birthday get away

Second stay, just as good as the first. Private, roomy, comfortable and pleasantly appointed to fit all of our needs. A go to in the future for sure.

Getaway with the dogs

This was the perfect place for us - no stairs on the property, a block from the beach, and a fenced yard for the dogs. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay, and will return sometime soon.

Great location & home

The home was clean, cozy and had everything necessary. Really loved that the necessities were provided for our furry family member as well. The walk to the beach was close and easily accessible. The hosts were very helpful and informative about the area and our stay. Would highly recommend this property and its hosts. Would stay here again.

Everything we hoped for

Comfortable, quiet, very pet friendly yard. It was a short walk to the beach and lots of good advice for food and entertainment in the area. We had a great time.

Loved this House!

This was a cute little cabin/house that worked perfectly for our family + dogs. The house was close to the beach, had a fenced yard and a nice living room space for relaxing at the end of each day. The owners were very responsive, the place was clean and was a great spot for us to land on our vacation. We will stay again for next year's vacation!

Quick Beach trip

We had a lovely time in this home for a quick trip for my wife's birthday. We have twin toddlers and it was perfect for them too- the outdoor play space was a huge hit, and with a fire pit right there- kids could play whjile we relaxed. It was lovely. The beach is just a short walk away too- what more could you ask for?

Family Fun

Nice place! Clean, with everything we might ever need during a stay. Easy walk to a quiet stretch of beach, and dog friendly property layout. County fire ban at the time limited some activities for us, but we still enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Highly recommended.

Perfect getaway

We had 2 Boston terriers and the fenced yard was ideal. The house was very comfortable and was furnished with everything we could want. We appreciated the list of things to do. We are very happy with our choice.

This was an amazing house. The house was very comfy. The decor was great! The hosts even had treats for the dogs and towels to dry off the dogs. The house had very comfortable beds, lt had everything we needed for cooking meals. The outdoor areas were very creative and useful. It exceeded our expectations.

This property was just like being at home!

Very comfortable. They obviously put a lot of work into the remodeling and adding thoughtful features. This is the 2nd VRBO we have rented from this group. We are very pleased!

Quick 1 nighter

Quick 1 nighter with the daughters and grandbabies. The house was perfect with plenty to keep the kids busy. They absolutely loved the outside play area. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Close to the beach witch is very convenient.
