We want to assure you that our team has confirmed no items were left behind at the time of your checkout, and they did not recover any pillows or personal belongings from the home. Regarding the linens, they are typically provided in the rooms, and we would have been more than happy to assist if we had been notified during your stay. The same goes for the curtains and thermostat, our post-checkout inspection confirmed that the thermostat was functioning properly, and we could have addressed any concerns right away had we known. We also take safety very seriously and regret hearing about your friend’s experience with the furniture. This is certainly not the level of comfort and care we aim to provide. We truly wish these issues had been brought to our attention while you were still in the home so we could have resolved them promptly. Providing a positive guest experience is very important to us, and we’re sorry we fell short in your case.
