With our location being adjacent to the French Quarter, you have a myriad of shopping opportunities starting with the shops of the Marigny, the French Market (5 - 7 minute walk, boutique shopping in the French Quarter, or take the Streetcar or Trolley to Canal Place, the Riverwalk Outlet Shop’s, Jax Brewery or Streetcar to Magazine Street.

Live music, eclectic boutique shopping, and some of the best cuisine New Orleans has to offer is all within a very short walk. The neighborhood is one of the most desired and you will find no shortage of locals to interact.

This historic home offers modern conveniences and includes WiFi and Smart TV's . Enjoy the PRIVATE BACK COURTYARD and easily zen out to the music from Frenchmen St. The courtyard provides a private setting for Cocktails or light breakfast or just kicking back.

Spacious kitchen, comfortable living room, clean bathrooms. The home is larger and lovelier in person than the photographs are able to reveal. Very walkable to French Quarter, restaurants, French market, music clubs, trolley and bus stops. A great stay for our group of 7 friends.

Went to New Orleans with my son, daughter and future son-in-law. The house fit our needs perfectly, with three bathrooms. Felt safe with the alarm systems since there were homeless people in the area. The owner, Daphne was great. She responded quickly to a chirping noise that was coming from an extra smoke detector locked in a closet. We enjoyed our trip and our time spent here.

Great location!!

Property was perfect for our group of 7. The location was walking distance to everywhere the group wanted to go, especially the music scene on Frenchmen St. Will definitely return to this lovely property on our next visit to Nola.

Wonderful Property

This house was the perfect place to stay in the Marigny. The location is perfect for access to the French quarter and all New Orleans has to offer. Daphne was a great host and the property met all of our expectations. Would definitely rebook this property on a future visit.

Stayed here with 5 people, easily fits 8 and a couple more on the couch if needed! Great location. You must love old houses to truly appreciate this location. We will rent here again for a large group.

Great place right off Frenchman Street

You really can’t beat the location of this rental. It’s so close to Frenchman we were worried it would be loud at night, but it was not and we all slept great. Daphne is a fantastic host and really went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Hope to get back soon!

The convenience of Frenchmen St being a step away, French quarter an easy 10 minute walk away, and private outdoor patio in the back to gather made this the perfect spot for a guys trip

New Orleans Weekend

Wonderful house in a wonderful location! One block off Frenchman with all the food and jazz music you need. Short 15 minute walk to quarter. Daphne was a great host. I would highly recommend to all!

Wonderful house, perfect location

We stayed here over thanksgiving with our multi-generational family and had the best time. The location could not have been better and the house was well stocked in every way. It was the best trip. We were thrilled with the house and the entire experience. I would stay here again in a second.

We had a blast, the house and owner are wonderful. Recommend this property 200%. Would stay there again, we had a blast. The courtyard and house are adorable. Within walking distance to everything!

This home exceeded our expectations in every way! It truly felt like a home away from home. Literally steps away from all the fun on Frenchmen street, a short walk to several quaint restaurants in the lovely Marigny neighborhood and an easy walk to all French Quarter activity.
