Solid stay in the Oviedo area

House well equipped for three adults in a quiet neighborhood in Oviedo. I would certainly stay here again.

Family friendly

This property was a great fit for our family visit to a family member close by. Had plenty of room to gather and everything we needed. Check in was easy and flexible.

Great Stay

We were in and out of this house as we visited family in the area. Fantastic location for those wanting to be near UCF, very well stocked kitchen (was able to make numerous Thanksgiving side dishes with ease). Recommendations: Definitely do something about the multiple step downs in foyer area. We almost all fell at some point during out visit. Also recommend adding more towels to the closet. For 6 of us there were just that many towels so we would have to do laundry quite a bit if we were staying for more than two nights. Also, chairs on deck were not in great shape and 2 couldn't even be sat in because their fabric was so thin they would have broken.

Extra things that made our stay fabulous

The property manager is outstanding. Multiple emails before we arrived to make sure the house was ready for us and to give us the easy check in process. The extra touch was the lighted house number, since we arrive after dark. It made it so much easier to find the house. The check out process was just as easy. We enjoyed our stay in Oviedo. Thank you for making our vacation stay easy.

The owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! Great communication, too! Very quiet neighborhood, close to so many things, and easy highway access. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

We were in town for a work trip and this was a perfect home for our group. The home is well-maintained and in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants/shopping. The host is fantastic and we would stay here again!

Oviedo retreat

Great location close to all stores, restaurants, shops, etc. 15 minutes from the Seminole Cross bike trail. 5 minutes from Planet Fitness. Suggestion: if you’re from out of State, buy an E-PASS from Amazon & set up your acct. before you come as central Florida is toll road central.

Perfect for family gathering

The house was perfect for our intended use to visit my daughter at UCF and bring a family holiday to her. The highlight was the back deck where we all gathered to visit in a nice, tranquil setting. The host was communicative and made the check-in process easy. He was very accommodating. Floor plan was great, Beds were comfortable. Lots to do in the area of Oviedo and the neighborhood was perfect for morning walks. We would stay here again.

Comfortable and Centrally Located

The owners were nice and easy to work with. The house was comfortable and had a nice backyard in a quiet neighborhood. Centrally Located and lots to do nearby.

Wonderful location and landlords

We were very fortunate to have found this location for a rental. We moved from across the country and did not know the area. This location is great for restaurants, grocery stores,etc. Also this neighborhood is very quiet with the reserve in the back which is very private as well. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Great for UCF event attendance

This is the perfect house to stay with friends or family when you are attending an event at Central, and one of the only places that let us bring our dog (with a deposit). Very clean and new. Would fit six comfortably and outdoor patio was great place to hang out. I would definitely book again
