Great location, easily walkable to everything! It is a ground floor flat but private (tinted windows). Felt very safe. You will hear traffic from the living room but not elsewhere. Kitchen was well stocked; and clean. It is not a brand new flat but it is very tidy and well kept and nicely decorated. I was incredibly impressed with the hosts directions and communication. This was a FANTASTIC value and i will absolutely seek to stay here again.

Excellent host, excellent location, and an excellent apartment. Adam was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. It was our first time using Vrbo, so we weren’t familiar with the app and missed some of the clear instructions that were listed. He kindly came to help us with the check-in and answered all of our questions. The apartment was very well located and well maintained. It is also very well equipped with everything you need, including a full kitchen. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The location of this flat can’t be beat. There are so many places to eat that are literally next door, around the corner and just down the street that we rarely made use of the fully equipped kitchen. Having a washer and dryer in the flat made traveling light a breeze. There was also a drying rack available for items that you don’t want to put through the tumbler. We didn’t travel with clothes that needed to be ironed, but the board and iron was available. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.Everything was clean and cozy. Our host answered the questions that we had in a very timely and warm manner. Much of the city is available, including groceries, within walking distance, and buses to other areas of the city are literally right outside the door.We were so busy exploring that we didn’t make full use of the book, games, and internet streaming that was available.The neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. The pictures shown of the space were very accurate.We highly recommend this flat for a both short getaway or longer stay. I can imagine it being the perfect place for those needing close proximity to the University of Edinburgh as it is just across the street.

The apartment was in a perfect location- within walking distance of everything we wanted to see around Edinburgh. The amenities were very accommodating & comfortable. The owner was helpful & promptly responded when an issue arose.We recommend the beer garden next door to watch sporting events! Would stay here again if we make our way back to Scotland. Thanks for a great stay!
