Lovely spot in rural Kentucky. Community Pool currently inoperable, lake was great!Clutter-free with all the proper amenities.

Fun getaway with friends

Very nice location right next to a play area and common grounds for kids to run and play at. The house was accommodating and convenient. All amenities worked as described. Would stay there again.

Bourbon Trail vaca

Had a ball! We were centrally located which was perfect! Unit was great with 3 bathrooms. We had 6 of us and had plenty of room. Enjoyed the hot tub & fire pit!

Great place, great location

Plenty of room for our group of 5 people. We loved the spa on the deck (great weather all week long), the nearby lake, and the proximity to distilleries. Wonderful.

Wonderful house!

We stayed here while playing baseball in Taylorsville. The house was everything we needed. Peace and quite, the hot tub on the back porch was a great bonus!! All around great house!

This cabin was much more spacious than expected, included most kitchen appliances needed, and had excellent WiFi!

Perfect Rental

The house is in a perfect location close to the Taylorsville Marina if you are going to go out on the lake for the day. Also, in a good location for the bourbon tours. The hosts were more than accommodating and I would highly recommend this home.

Nice place with plenty to do within a half hour

We came to the area for a wedding and had a great weekend. Enjoyed the hot tub. It is a comfortable place to stay. The marina was a great place to rent a pontoon for a day on the lake. Lots to do in the area. Beautiful drive to Barstown.

Wonderful Place and Location

We all enjoyed our stay! The home easily slept us all and having 3 bathrooms was great! The location is beautiful and peaceful! Thank you again!

It was a well used comfortable and clean house

We did have a really hard time finding it. The address and directions were sorely lacking. We had to send out several search parties for family members as they arrived the first day. I would suggest turn by turn instructions since gps does not bring up the correct address. The only other hiccup was the fact that there was not enough hot water to use the jacuzzi tub. Once we found the house, we enjoyed our stay.

We have added additional instructions, to help guide our future guests to the cottage. Thank you for letting us know, about some of the GPS issues you had. Also, sorry the water was not hot enough to use the jacuzzi tub in the master suite. We’ve never had an issue, with not enough hot water. We do have the largest water heater available installed in the cottage. My only guess would be if someone else was taking (or recently) took a shower or if the dishwasher was going, that could cause a delay on hot water. I’ll have someone check the temperature setting, and make sure it wasn’t adjusted to a cooler setting. Thank you for your feedback.

I enjoyed my stay and kids loved the pool and the hot tube. I would stay there again

A comfortable and well kept home!

The online pictures don’t truly show just how nice the house is. The beds were very comfortable and the house is very spacious. It was great to have a place to come and rest after a long day of golfing and checking out the Bourbon Trail. I will be back if I ever need to stay in that area again!
