Great location, great accommodations.

Perfectly situated in St. Pete Beach, with easy access to Pass-a-grille and Treasure Island. Our 2nd floor unit had a Gulf view from the front and Boca Ciega Bay from the private balcony. The 2-bedroom unit was perfect for our 4-adult vacation. We will definitely stay there again!

Great Place!

We enjoyed a quick trip to St Pete beach for a little working vacation. This condo was a perfect home-base for getting around town and having a great time. It is lose to the beach, the pool and hot tub are nice and uncrowded, parking is easy, and the condo is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Was all that I expected for this trip and would definitely stay again!

Great beach get away.

This property had a view of the bay and right across the street beach access. Could walk to restaurants and stores. The unit accommodated us. Only complaint was the beds were extremely firm.

Sunshine galore

Condo was very clean and had well stocked kitchen that allowed us to bar b Que most evenings. Beds were all extremely comfortable. Outdoor cushions could be replaced for more comfort. Washer dryer worked great- we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, apartment in good order! Had everything you need!

The only issue I found was the ac, it wouldn’t go down than 75F, other then that, excellent place, clean, close to lots of places, across the street from the beach, excellent pool area, bbq area clean! I do recommend this his place 👍🏼

Beautiful condo

We loved this 2 bedroom condo! It was spacious and had a great balcony overlooking the tennis court. Only complaint was that the hot tub wasn’t working.

Great location to TradeWinds Resort.

Comfortable master king bed. This specific condo does not have a great view of the pool or water. The screen door from the master bedroom to the patio was broken, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Directly across the street from TradeWinds Resort.

Great vacation

We found this listing online and it looked great for the price. When we arrived we had no issues getting inside the condo. It was very clean and the staff left us with some beach chairs, an umbrella for shade and a few other items for the beach. They also left out a few snacks and beach towels for us. Pool and manatee viewing area were very nice. Directly across the street from the beach and in the middle of restaurants and stores. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again. Highly recommend!

Resort was wonderful!

Great resort. Easy access from Tampa Bay airport. Parked with no trouble. Intercostal water view with beach across the road. My daughters walked to beach access, 5 min. Safe crossing areas. Restaurants and stores within minutes walking. Pool area was wonderful. Grills available for use. Plenty of pool chairs. Dock for fishing. We rented kayaks and the dock worked out well. Our unit 211 was very clean. Washer/dryer/dishwasher/balcony/air! Everything was clean and neat. We did have a beach umbrella and chairs. All different age groups present. We had an extremely pleasant stay. Will do so again!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived it was past 6pm so I read the email that my information would be in the mailbox. I just started putting in my code in one of the key boxes and got lucky and it opened with our keys. Well I did not see the mail box and the next day I went to the office to ask about a parking pass and one of the ladies in the office was really nice about it and said Oh let me just get you another one and the other ladies' was rude and said did you even look in the main box? I said I did not see it and she was rude and said well its out in front by the lobby under the key boxes. We were tired when we got there so I must of over looked it and told her that and she did not respond , she was very rude. This is not how you act in customer service. Also we had trouble with our second set of keys they did not work for the door.
