Please note: The community pool and hot tub will be closed for resurfacing from September 8 through October 3. During this time, the gazebo, tennis/pickleball courts, and community fishing dock will remain open for guest use. Nightly rates for these dates have already been adjusted to account for the temporary pool and hot tub closure.

Great condo for beach vacation

Very clean, updated and nicely decorated condo. Nice pool on intercoastal with beach across the street. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautiful view from balcony.

Great place

They had all the things you’d need for a great vacation: plates, Beach chairs, umbrella, kitchen utensil, grills, etc. We loved the bay view from our patio & being able to grill by the pool in the evenings. Not too far from the beach, just a quick walk across the street. Walking distance to many good restaurants & beach shops. Very clean place. Thanks for a great time!

Nice Place!

Great property but issues checking in with us being sent an incorrect code for the door & problems contacting management on a Sunday evening. Unfortunately had our stay cut short due to Hurricane Ian but was our second visit to the property.

The only complaint is the living room furniture is not very comfortable, and furnishings could be updated. The screens on sliding doors have holes in them. Overall this is a great property with friendly, helpful staff.

Everything was perfect, with the exception of two slow drains, one of which I addressed by clearing a hair clog. The other is the the bedroom tub. Perfect in every way!

Reviewer Comments: My family has been coming to St Pete Beach for years always staying in “on the beach” hotels. This year we traveled with our newest member, a one year old Grandson! We decided to try a condo - we will NEVER go back to a hotel! Location is amazing- Sunrise over the channel out the back and sunsets over the ocean out the front! We had fun watching Manatees and Dolphins off our balcony every morning with our coffee and breakfast. Kitchen is well equipped, everything clean and working well. We walked to everything- the the beach access is right across the street. We walked to the grocery store and many restaurants easy! The grounds are immaculate! Pool and hot tub cleaned daily. The population renting/owning are a tight knit community- friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the quiet hours too. We’ll be back!!

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice clean place, love the location ! We would rent this unit again. The only issue we had was communication with the staff. An email was sent to us about our upcoming visit 2 days prior telling us we would be receiving another email, call or text with a code but nothing. Thankfully the maintenance man answered our call and gave us the code along with another family that also didn't receive their code. We tried emailing but no one responded. Our dryer was also broke. It took over 2 hours to dry one towel. We contacted the maintenance man and he said he looked at it but never fixed it. Nancy finally emailed us back mid week and said she would find out what was wrong with the dryer but guess what she didn't. Regardless of those issues we love the location and the clean resort!!!

Love St Pete Beach and love the Sunrise Resort!!!

The ladies who manage the building are wonderful and take such good care of us. They want to make sure we have an unforgettable vacation. The property is clean and well maintained. There is a pool, tennis court, pickle ball court, multiple bbq, fishing dock and beautiful St Pete Beach is literally right across the street. Come to the Sunrise for your next vacation.

Couples week no children

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean. Updated condo looks brand new. Beautiful balcony/deck overlooking sunrises, manatees and beautiful bay. Pool is lovely never crowded. Walk across the street to st Pete’s beach. We had beach chairs and umbrella in our condo but you can rent at beach. Location is wonderful because we walked to 5 delicious restaurants , the supermarket and Starbucks/Dunkin’ donuts. Trolley outside condo to bring you to John’s Pass or st Petersburg down area. It was 5$ for a 24 hour pass. We can’t say enough about the location and actual condo itself. The only staff we ran into was very friendly but we didn’t have any reason to need the management.

Reviewer Comments: The most beautiful and peaceful place, excellently managed by NextHome , Nancy, Dawn and Steve are extremely supportive and attentive to every single detail , this gorgeous place is just hard to describe, the apartment is in perfect conditions Beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed. We had previously rented unit 501 beautiful unit with a gorgeous view but the management company was not what we hoped so unfortunately it really affected our experience but we are so grateful to have found Nancy who was so supportive to help us with the rental process and we found a jewel, unit 404 has the most espectacular views and it is just kept impeccable. Thank you Nancy, Dawn and Steve for making us feel like home and congratulations for doing an amazing job with the resort!!! You aré truly wonderful!!!

Great Location in St Pete Bch

Reviewer Comments: The complex is ideally located: just a short walk to the best beach across the street (the most sand I've ever seen); walk to any number of restaurants; walk to Publix grocery store; walk to La Casa del Pane Italian Deli. Downtown St Petersburg is a short drive away. Unfortunately Haslam's Bookstore closed. A number of State Parks are just a short drive away. The tennis court has been recently resurfaced with the addition of pickle ball markings if that's your thing. We were without our car for a few days but had no difficulty without it; in fact we were contemplating not having a car next year. The apartment we had was very clean and well appointed with a million dollar view (check out the price of the houses facing the inlet). We've come here for the past five years (not counting the border closure) and are booked again for 2023.

Just okay

Pros: 5-minute walk from beach and dining, condo was clean and well decorated, had hot tub, pool, tennis and shuffleboard courts Cons: Icemaker and wifi didn't work the entire 5 days we were there, master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable - could almost feel the coils through the mattress.
