Condo layout and location was perfect for my wife and me. Having outdoor options for morning and evening sun (or shade) is unique and was utilized. Location was also great for our purposes. Condo unit and overall property well kept. Host was very responsive to questions.

Sherri was very easy to reach before our visit. She answered all my questions. The day we checked in she called me to make sure everything was okay with us. The resort is so well maintained, and the location is perfect for walking for supplies, restaurants, and beach. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need, if you are cooking some of your meals. We loved our stay. Barbara 4/30/2026

Beautiful Location

This property is gorgeous, clean and the staff is amazing. Don’t pass up the opportunity to stay at a place that is just like home. Everything you need is here. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. I’ll be back

Beach Vacation

The condo was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make meals. There were extra beach items in closet, that was a bonus! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. From the balcony we saw dolphins daily and we were fortunate enough to see a couple of manatees. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Great view! Access to everywhere and the beach.The only thing I would request,would be to change the blinds on the patio doors, to a more light/heat blocking type as there were a few pieces missing that didn't let the room get dark.

Serenity at Sunrise

My husband and I enjoyed every moment while at Sunrise #301. Owners were wonderful to deal with, condo was immaculate and filled with everything we would need. The view was awesome! Watching the sunrise with coffee in hand in our pjs started our day wonderfully. The pool was the perfect temp, the jacuzzi spectacular. Walks on the beach and plenty of restaurants for dining near by. This place did not disappoint.

Very satisfied

Sherri was very quick in responding to my many questions while I was looking for a place to stay at Sunrise Resort. Her condo was clean upon arrival and she was very accomadating in getting us booked for the days that we were looking for. There was an issue with the dishwasher in the condo and Sherri had maintenace there within the hour to troubleshoot and fix. Could not have asked for better service or a cleaner, comfortable safe place to stay. Walk on the beach every morning and meals on the balcony were so delightful. Beautiful place with awesome weather. Location to Publix and other venues were near by. Pool was clean. Pickleball and Shuffleboard activities were enjoyed. Mammatee sightings were a daily occurance. Even had a couple of dolphins visit early one morning. Sunrises were a blessing to wake up too. Would not hesitate in booking with Sherri again sometime.

Very nice and comfortable. Nice view of bay on balcony. Restaurants in walking distance. Living area was a little small, but had everything else we needed.
