Great host and great property. Enjoyed our stay. The home was a cute cottage type place with all the amenities. Downtown Berlin is always great (antiquing); great food at Harborside and Berlin Beer. Highly recommend Assateague State Park. Alice (PA)

The property was very clean inside. A quiet neighbourhood but close to Berlin historic district and Ocean City. Varied shopping and nearby outlets to shop. Everything you could want in the area. I recommend no more than 4 people staying, any more I think would be crowded, but that is my personal opinion. The owner was very kind to allow us to check in 2 hours early as we had an elderly lady with us.

This house is perfectly located, 15 min from both Assateague and Ocean city. My wife and I found it an awesome home base for everything the area had to offer. The only negative thing about the house is that the bathroom with the shower is a bit tight so some people may struggle with that. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean, which is important to us because of dietary restrictions. We didn't even find time to enjoy some of the features such as the inviting looking fire pit. Great Property!

The home is clean, cute and cozy. It was the perfect space for a girls weekend. The space allowed the five of us to have plenty of space, play games and fix meals. The host was readily available. The location is very convenient to downtown historical Berlin and Assateague State Park. Very happy with our stay.

Awesome stay. Great location. Only thing was queen size mattress was a little rough for our liking, which was a personal preference. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The cart and fun stuff for the beach were great. We loved the cornhole too. This is a very safe neighborhood and was a perfect location to join our family for an event at The Inn Berlin and only 4 min away from mainstreet and 15 minutes from the beach.
