A short walk to downtown Berlin and close to everything the resort area has to offer. Less than five miles to the Assateague Island beaches and seven miles from the Ocean City Inlet.
Close enough to be convenient, far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle of a resort town.
Newly remodeled with three bedrooms, two baths. Sleeps seven plus a crib.
Other rooms include livingroom, climate controlled sunroom, enclosed front porch, laundry.
The fully equipped kitchen features quality appliances, tableware and cookware.

Great stay!

Great rental home! We enjoyed our week long stay, excellent location for beach days at Assatigue. Communication with the host was easy and prompt. Will book again for sure!

This is a wonderful place to stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do. A short drive to Assateague, Ocean City and the cute town of Berlin. It was a perfect place to walk our dog and play in the yard. We would stay here again

Accommodations are excellent! Everything is clean and instructions are clear and simple. We felt right at home! We are already looking to book more dates for this year and planning several more for the 2026 season.

Great Location and and Spotless Accommodations

We had a wonderful time in Berlin area. The house was well equipped with everything you would need for a stay. It is also located within short drives to Ocean City , great restaurants and the National Park. Would highly recommend.

Perfect!

The location of this property is perfect. It is nice to be away from the action of Ocean City, but easy enough to get to. It is also close to Assateague Island, which was an amazing place to visit. It was lovely to see the wild horses in their natural habitat. The hosts were wonderful, they have everything you need at the property, it is so cozy and perfect. We would love to visit again!

Perfect for what we needed

Property is located in the perfect area for what we were looking for. It was close enough to the beach but far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. We took our dog and it was the perfect location for a pet.

Good times

Overall was a great stay. We own pets but did not bring them with us. Could have been a little cleaner due to dog hair, but overall was a very nice place.

Great house near everything!

We rented this property to be near the rest of our extended family for our annual trip to Assateague State Park. The house was very clean, had a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room.

Peaceful

We have stayed at both of Debs houses. Always clean and comfortable. We love that our dog is welcome. It’s close enough to the beaches but far enough away to be peaceful. We definitely will stay there again.

The house and property were exceptionally clean and prepared. Communication with the owner Deb was great. This was our third time staying here and everything is great. I highly recommend.

Spacious, convenient location.

Deb is a great host, very responsive to questions we had. Location is convenient to downtown Berlin, the Assateague parks and Ocean City. Very comfortable roomy house. Kitchen had all the basics for meal prep, well equipped.

Great home away from home.

Visiting family 5 mins away. GREAT location to everything. Plenty of room to spread out for larger families and perfect for a couple. Home has everything you could need. Brought 2 of the girls back withcme for a brief time and the found the games and had fun.Thanks, Deb! Great host!

Long Weekend

We had a great time staying at Deb’s place for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for us with the dog. There is a nice park that is less than a mile away and the ocean is only a short drive. Would consider staying there again if we came back to the area.

Always a pleasant stay. Close to everything but out of the hustle and bustle. Convenient to cook breakfast and dinners for the family to save on money. Our host is very nice and receptive to any questions. My family loves staying here.
