Features open floor plan with chef's kitchen and loft. The basement is finished and offers additional living space with couch, TV, corn hole and Pop Shot basketball. This secluded home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is situated on 2.5 acres of open field and woodlands. The home features views of the surrounding forest and nearby mountains, a natural landscape bordered by historic stone walls. Fire pit with seating for six, deck with weber grill and central air conditioning.

Minutes from the quaint town of Jewett, NY (pop. 953), Windham and Hunter the location provides access to a wide range of activities year round, and is ideal for families, couples and friends.

Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing

Four of us celebrated Thanksgiving weekend in this lovely cabin in Jewett on a snowy weekend. From the first “Wow!” when we walked in we had a fantastic time. Two thumbs up.

Wonderful getaway

My family of 4 stayed at Austin's house over MLK weekend to ski at Windham. The house is perfectly situated - close to Windham and Hunter. It was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. Out of all the houses we have rented in the area, this is definitely the most well maintained, warm and inviting. Austin was easy to communicate with and I look forward to coming back!

This is a wonderful place to stay!

The house is exactly as described, beautifully decorated and with lots of room to spread out both inside and outside. It's in a peaceful setting with easy access to skiing, hiking, and dining and it's super clean and well stocked. We plan to rent again.

Cute Cozy Cabin

We stayed here for a quick ski/snowboard trip with some friends and the atmosphere was amazing! The cabin was so cute and cozy and we already talked about trying to stay again in the future! Austin was a super attentive host and very good about communicating updates about the property and stay! 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Immaculate Mountain Retreat

Very roomy house in the mountains. Has everything you need for a mountain retreat in the Catskills. The cabin is super clean. Kids loved the firepit as well as the games downstairs. We would definitely return!

We loved this house and location

We really enjoyed this house. It was clean and fresh. Gorgeous property. Spotted a bear and two cubs right outside the house! 17 minutes to a kosher food store. Owner was very nice and let us do late check out on Sunday.

Amazing Stay

This home had it all. everyone slept comfortably. Our pre-teen made the loft area her own little domain. She loved that. The Kids enjoyed running around downstairs. Grandma was in heaven, cooking in the beautiful kitchen. There was a snowstorm while we were there that just made the stay more magical. Waking up and looking out the huge windows was breath taking. This family will definitely be back. Thank you Austin

Catskills getaway

This beautiful cabin was the perfect meeting spot for 3 of us from Cleveland, Ohio and 2 from New England to meet up for a relaxing family gathering. The house was perfect - spacious, yet cozy, with beautiful and comfortable furnishings. As described by many other renters, it was absolutely spotless. We enjoyed the area - starting our mornings on the Windham Path and then exploring Tannersville, and easy side trips to Woodstock and Hyde Park. Would love to rent again!

Great Family Summer Vacation in the Catskills

My wife, young son, my in-laws, and I stayed at this beautiful home for a family vacation. We loved it! The pictures and descriptions were a great representation of the home. The home was very clean. It had everything we needed to make any type of meal. The basement was a great place to get to play with our son and watch movies at night. The home was secluded and at the end of a cul de sac, but still close to Hunter (10 mins), Windham (10 mins), Tannersville (15 mins), and Phoenicia (30 mins). Austin made the check in/out process super easy and answered any questions we had leading up to our stay. We were able to enjoy family time at the home with hanging out outside, playing games, eating great food, and watching movies, but also enjoyed many surrounding restaurants, breweries, shops, and hikes. Some of our favorites: Kaaterskill Falls hike is a must and is only 25 minutes from the home. Belleayre Lake Beach was just 30 mins away and was very clean and was great to spend the day there. West Kill Brewing had some great beers and a super chill atmosphere. Jessie's Harvest House (Tannersville) had great food and drinks with local ingredients. Catskill Mountain Country Store and Restaurant in Windham was great for our son, because of having some farm animals to see and a playground plus the breakfast there was amazing! Overall, the home was perfect and we wouldn't change anything, and loved exploring the surrounding area. We definitely would love to come back in the fall/winter to check it out in a different season as well!

Perfect spot for our family ski trip

This was the perfect location for our family ski trip. It was 10 minutes to both Windham and Hunter Mountains. The house had everything we needed. With toddlers and a baby in tow it was nice to have childrens toys, a pac n play, etc. already there (so much less to pack ourselves). We are a family that loves to cook and the kitchen was so well stocked. The house itself was beautiful and picturesque. We loved watching a snowstorm through the big picture windows. The finished basement was perfect for my kids to play in and allowed the adults some quiet time upstairs. We would come back here in a heartbeat.
