We had a wonderful stay! Rick was incredibly communicative, helpful, and accommodating. The property grounds were amazing, with a hot tub, sauna, and beautiful creek to enjoy. There was so much for the kids to do, making it a perfect getaway for the whole family. We loved the secluded setting, peaceful atmosphere, and gorgeous mountain scenery. We would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic place - very private, very secluded , and so beautiful! Hot tub was terrific - wished we could have used the fire pit - (pouring rain !) lovely area - we enjoyed some much needed rest! Kitchen was well appointed - and very clean. Bed was super comfortable - TV was enormous and everything worked well! It was a great time - we wished we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful place. Everything was as expected. We had an excellent July weather and enjoyed many close by trails including Kraterskills. The home itself has many games and a lot of outdoor area if you just want to laze around and relax. The house has everything we needed and Rick was very helpful with any questions we had. Overall, a great stay.

Fabulous secluded getaway for two or many. Property is quaint and thoughtful with plenty of acreage and isolation. Great room is cozy. Lots of natural light. Sauna was a special touch. Rick was a gracious host and an excellent communicator overall. Will do again!

Beautiful,secluded, with a stream that you can hear from the deck. No cell service. Such a peaceful weekend.

Everything was perfect! Hot tub and sauna were awesome. Enjoyed playing pool and foosball. Any questions I had were addressed immediately by our host. The fireplace was so cozy while we watched TV or played games. I loved it here and hope to come back again in the spring.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a wonderful family stay at this beautiful, well-located cottage. The property was fully equipped for a comfortable and fun retreat, and the surroundings added to the relaxing vibe. The owner was warm, welcoming, and shared helpful information upfront, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. We’d definitely return for another stay!

This is officially our favorite house we’ve rented with Vrbo-definitely the best equip kitchen of all time. Rick was super nice guiding us through the check-in process and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the grounds. Such a beautiful time to be in New York in the ski area and just such a restful quaint experience for our family. The house was so well equipped and comfortable that we just enjoyed hanging out and enjoying Thanksgiving and the beautiful views. I can’t say enough wonderful things – thank you so much for loaning us your house for Thanksgiving! We would definitely love to come back again!

A great ski trip & cabin weekend

Made awesome memories, making s’mores, relaxing in the hot tub, and playing games for a birthday/ski trip. Would recommend!

Excellent end of summer trip !

Great property for families ! The game room got a ton of use and the loft beds were a big hit ! Having a loft in each bedroom upstairs was helpful ! Property is gorgeous and the kids had a ton of fun exploring!

Great house for friends

This house was perfect for my group of four friends on a hiking trip. The house had everything we needed to cook and grill, and plenty of towels and blankets. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do on our trip and the hot tub was a great bonus.

New Year’s Getaway

Lovely little holiday getaway to celebrate the new year. The spacious house and beautiful property provided the perfect opportunity for four bookworms who just wanted to get away, read by the fire, and enjoy nature for a few days

Just right

Nice place for me and my young adult sons to hang out. Lots of hiking nearby which is what we wanted. Enjoyed the Gazebo and playing pool.
