Wonderful host and property. If you are looking to be close to the beach and around fantastic food, this is a great spot. The host even had something we needed shipped to the house. Very easy to communicate with and would definitely stay again.

The apartment was in a very central location so we were able to walked pretty much to anything we wanted to do, 3 short blocks to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, stores, arcades, and even rides within walking distance, it was very clean and pleasant, kitchen was well equipped, and it was great to be able to wash clothes. I would definitely recommend it. My kids love it too, enough space for teens to be happy we weren’t on top of them. . Bed were very comfortable.

Cute clean townhome in a great location! Plenty of room for my husband and I plus our 3 young adults. Short walks to great coffee, yummy restaurants, fun bars, a cool bakery and the beach/boardwalk. Host was excellent at communicating! Only issue were the next door neighbors who were sometimes loud late at night (voices and music) and you could hear them through the walls. It is also on a naval flight path - which we thought was super cool and didn’t mind - but just an FYI. Overall, we would definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect—just steps away from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. The property was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was proactive, ensuring check-in was smooth and that we felt at home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Travelled to Virginia Beach for softball tournaments at Princess Anne Complex (about 20 mins away). The accomocations were clean, well stocked and positioned in the Vibe district which offered several dining, breweries, coffee shops and beach access within walking distance. We were travelling with 4 adults and 2 teens (15, 13) including my mother who is 89. Pricing in VA Beach area seemed to be expensive during the time we needed to stay, and this location was reasonable compared to other listings. This property is 3 stories, with the 3rd floor bedroom having no door. I would stay at this location again, but would caution against booking for those with small children or those that have issues with stairs.

Great Stay

Our host was very accommodating to any questions or concerns we had. The property was clean and very homey making it easy to stay at. We enjoyed being able to quickly walk to the Convention Center for our event and then to the many restaurants and coffee places in between.

Great location with excellent food choices and shopping within walking distance.Only thing that we didn't like was the smell of the unit upon entry.It was obviously guest before us with dogs .

Place was very clean and cozy. Perfect for a group of 4 however, I believe it stays 6 people. Only a 5 min. walk to the boardwalk and all the food and shops you can think of. Hosts were accommodating and communicated very well. Will def. stay there again when we make our way back. Great time and a great condo to stay in.

Great property in a fun neighborhood

Great property with close access to the beach/boardwalk area but far enough away to escape from the hustle and bustle. Cool coffee shops, restaurants and breweries in walking distance. Would stay here again!

Volleyball Tournament

This place was fantastic for our family. Our daughter’s tournament was a short walk to the beach and the house provided 2 beach chairs which came in handy. Communication with Chris was very prompt and she was very accommodating.

Top-notch property and location

The property was top-notch and clean. Perfect location for our trip for a sporting event at the convention center and to the beach. The house was beautiful and had everything supplied as in the description. Chris was a very welcoming host and was very easy to work with. Will definitely book again if in the area!

Great neighborhood within walking distance to the beach

We loved the condo and loved the neighborhood! Everything within walking distance. Amazing food at all of the restaurants. Easy walk to the beach and lots of fun shops! Would definitely recommend this place for families.

The perfect place

This was our first beach vacation since 2019, and I couldnt have imagined a better place. It’s a short walk from the beach, right next to an amazing brewery that has different food trucks every night, many coffee shops, etc. the place itself was perfect for my parents, my husband dand I , and our 12 year old. I think we may have found our yearly vacation spot!

Family Fun in Virginia Beach

This was our first time in the area for vacation and this house is really well placed to get to all the fun. We could walk to restaurants and the beach easily. We really enjoyed our stay in the house, plenty of space to spread out with all the comforts of home! Our host was wonderful to work with. Two thumbs up!

Great location and size!

The townhouse has a great proximity to the beach is a huge plus just a short walk, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf whenever you want. The townhouse is also close to a variety of great restaurants and shops, so you’re never far from a good meal or entertainment options. Overall, this townhouse is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a mix of convenience, comfort, and beachside fun. Would highly recommend!

You can walk to the beach and boardwalk and so many wonderful restaurants. It is in the Creative Vibe District of Virginia Beach and has cool shops, breweries, a distillery and a Farmers Market (every weekend in the summer). Take a tour of the 20+ murals. There is plenty to do nearby with the Aquarium, Adventure Park, First Landing State Parks, museums and shopping.
