Beautiful two story condo located just 2 short blocks to the Beach and Boardwalk in the middle of the highly sought after Virginia Beach Resort Area. Both bedrooms have their own private bathroom and balcony. Light, bright, open and airy floor plan. Plenty of room to stretch out, relax and enjoy your visit to the beach.

Long Weekend with Family of Five

We stayed for a long weekend in Oct to officially close out the summer. Everything on the beach was way too expensive so we tried to find the closest thing and this condo/townhouse fit the bill perfectly. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and the best part was the garage where we could put our bikes and beach stuff. It was a short 2 block walk to the beach and we appreciated the wagon provided to transport our stuff. The kitchen was one of the better stocked kitchens we've experienced in a rental and there are plenty of restaurants around if you don't feel like cooking. Overall a great experience and we'd definitely go back!

Second Stay

This is our second time staying here....and it is just as lovely as the first time.... restaurants, shops and the beach within a short walking distance. Wouldn't want to stay any place else!

A perfect condo in a perfect location!

The beds were comfy. The condo is very clean and has everything you need. We loved sitting on the balconies. We were able to easily walk to the beach with all of our stuff and also walk to see the free Labor Day concerts at the 24th St and 31st St stages. Lots of yummy restaurants within walking distance - Benny’s for cheap giant pizza slices and Doc Taylor’s for the best brunch!

Home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. This place is clean, spacious, and near everything! This condo having a garage was a big plus as we were able to bring our bikes and easily store them in the garage when we weren’t riding them. We were very comfortable staying in this condo, it was truly a home away from home. We would definitely recommend this condo and we would definitely stay there again!!!!

Beautiful and Perfect Location

The condo was perfect for us! It was updated, attractive, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach but much quieter than the main tourist areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay, clean and excellent location

We stayed a week. Walking distance to everything! Very clean and cozy. Too many accommodations to list. Close to many restaurants, dives and boardwalk shows. Big garage for parking. Great for a family.

Beach vacation

House was very clean and had everything that we needed. Beach items were a huge plus! Owners were very responsive. Close to grocery store, restaurants and attractions - can’t beat the location for the price

Great location and spacious Condo!

We didnt know what to expect but after a 15hr drive from Iowa we were impressed to see the place as described! Having a garage and driveway to park was a bonus, as that beautiful part of the beach is q 5 blocks so street parking is busy! We would recommended it to anyone! Thank you for the memories with my daughters!

Great place to stay

We all really enjoyed our stay here. The property was spacious, very clean, and located by a multiple shops and restaurants. There were beach chairs available which was a huge plus for us. We would stay here again!

Excellent location from all activities

We stayed 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Virginia Beach. The location of the rental was such that it was walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants.

First trip to VA Beach, perfect spot to stay!

This property was reasonably priced considering its location (just 2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk). House had any amenity we could ask for, including a garage to store vehicle at night (for peace of mind). It was also very clean, and all bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were in great shape. Living room and two bedrooms even have cable TV! Owner was also very quick to respond to any messages/questions I had. Location was an ideal 15 minute or less drive to anything you would want to see in VA Beach. Highly recommend!

Perfect Blend of Comfort + Convenience

Our first family trip to Virginia Beach, aimed at attending my daughter's national track meet, exceeded expectations. We sought a location near the Virginia Beach Sports Center that provided ample space and comfort—essential for a teenager's privacy and mental preparation. Additionally, proximity to nightlife for post-event celebrations was a plus for us. This place delivered on all fronts. Despite less-than-ideal beach weather, the shore was conveniently just a short walk away. My only minor gripe was the request to wash and put away the dishes, which hardly mattered since we indulged in the local seafood scene most of the time. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Clean and comfortable

Sherri's place was CLEAN!!! Roomy and well stocked. Easy access to unit and off street parking. Excellent location in the center of everything, but quiet. A very nice place to stay with a beachy vibe.

Great location!

Perfect location to the boardwalk! We parked and didn’t drive again the entire two days we were there! Walking distance to great food, bars and attractions. The condo had all the comforts of home and was super comfy and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay here! The property is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and lots of great restaurants. The check-in process was super easy and we had everything we needed. There was parking for two cars which was helpful because our group was traveling separately. The homeowner responded to our questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!
