2 bed 2.5 bath 3 story condo beautifully furnished!!! Located between the beach and the convention center in the popular "VIBE ART DISTRICT". 1st floor living room, kitchen and 1/2 bath. 2nd floor laundry, bedroom with full bath. King bed and a set of bunk beds that are double on the top and bottom. 3rd floor bedroom has a full bath, queen bed, and a balcony. The view from the balcony is one of the best views of the fireworks that occur bi-weekly here at the oceanfront. Linens are provided. Owner is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Virginia.

Great property; close to the beach and local attractions in the VA Beach Vibe District. We truly enjoyed our stay here and had a great time. Everything was as described and couldn't have been more pleased with the location/set-up.

We had a wonderful visit to VA Beach and our home played a huge part in that. The condo was very clean and provided a plenty of space. The location was perfect! We enjoyed the farmer’s market on Saturday morning one block away, the beach a short walk, and area restaurants. Our host was excellent to work with. She checked on us to make sure things were satisfactory, left treats, and everything was labeled in the home so no guessing or searching ! Would stay here again .

Beautiful place to stay! The pictures truly don’t do the place justice. Very clean and the check-out process was super easy. :)It is a three story place; anyone who has trouble getting up and down stairs might have a hard time staying there.

We had a wonderful week at Mitzi’s home. Mitzi was lovely and her home was beautifully decorated, clean, stocked and organized. She has thought of everything! A great beach getaway! We went to the beach every day, walked to two fantastic restaurants and drove mostly at night as parts of the neighborhood were questionable at night. We would definitely recommend!

Location, location, location! Not only was the condo conveniently located to the oceanside park where I was attending a kite festival, but also plenty of unique places to shop and dine. My wife and daughter appreciated the thoughtful decorating and the dogs and I appreciated the cozy feel (especially since one day of the event was canceled due to rain).

Amazing! Beautifully decorated very clean condo! Pics are accurate. What you see-is what you walk into. Modern & very well stocked! Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Grandson loved having his own space-claimed second floor! We loved third floor balcony. Three of us and our small dog stayed 6 nights and we loved having so much space! Lovely lady next door, very friendly. Loved being able to walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Truck stayed parked-except for golf outings! Bella’s Pizza (walk to behind condo) is a must for Pizza/Italian food! Overall great stay, recommend and would book again! Travelers from WV!

Mitzi was a wonderful host and her property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations! It was sparkling clean, spacious (loved the 3rd floor for separate sleeping away from our teens!), fully stocked kitchen, and beach equipment for use (chairs, cart, coolers)! The vibe district is adorable, dog friendly, and plenty of places to walk to and the beach access was barely 3 blocks away straight up from the condo. We hope to stay here again and highly recommended!

We had the most enjoyable time at Winny's beachouse. The owner Mitzi is exceptional and made us feel so welcome including our golden retriever. The place is so cozy and exceptionally clean. The location is only a few blocks away from the beach and in a very safe environment. We could not praise this experience enough! Thank you!

Virginia Beach vacation

The condo in Virginia Beach was a great place to stay. Everything was more than expected and we would definitely return to this rental. Very friendly host Mitzi made the stay a delight.

We have used this place a couple of times. The multi level layout works great so some can stay up late and others can sleep in.

Our hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at home! Mitzi was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I cannot recommend this place enough if you want to experience the Virginia Beach oceanfront and everything it has to offer. We cannot wait until our next visit.

This place was everything described! It was beautiful, pet-friendly, great location. The moment I walked into the home I felt a sense of peace and tranquility, the music and atmosphere takes you in and you find yourself relaxing. The home was very clean and furnished with all things unexpected; coffee, snacks, beach toys/chairs/wagon, soap (just in case you forget). My family didn’t have a need that wasn’t meant during our stay. Check out day- my family decided to take a bike ride on the boardwalk one last time while I worked on the check out process list… the check out process is thorough and understandable but make sure you make time for the process. If able my family would have no doubt that this would be a stay we would stay at again!

WE DECIDED TO TURN IT INTO A SEASONAL RENTAL BECAUSE WE WANTED TO SHARE IT WITH PEOPLE THAT APPRECIATE FUN, ARTSY LIFESTYLES, JUST LIKE WE DO. THIS CONDO IS IN THE NEW "VIRGINIA BEACH VIBE" DISTRICT. SWEET LITTLE SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, AND BUSINESSES OF ALL SORTS (SURF SHOPS, COFFEE SHOPS,ETC...) ARE POPPING UP EVERYWHERE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. WE COULDN'T BE MORE EXCITED! WE HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SEASONAL RENTAL BUSINESS, AND TAKE A LOT OF PRIDE IN PROVIDING ANY AND EVERYTHING THAT WE BELIEVE A GUEST WOULD NEED TO ENJOY THEIR VACATION. WE LIVE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, AND ARE VERY HANDS-ON OWNERS THAT ARE HERE TO HELP IN ANY WAY THAT WE POSSIBLY CAN. WE HAVE A GOLDEN RETRIEVER NAMED "WINNY". ( OUR PRIDE AND JOY!!!)
