More than comfortable for five, nicely decorated, and great location. Easy to communicate with host and easy check-in, check-out. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was very warm and comfortable—it was just as described. Loved the outdoor space! It was close to everything we wanted to see in Fort Collins

Interior was clean and roomy. Well stocked kitchen and the location was centrally located. The outside property was in pretty rough condition. Tree branches scattered all over the back yard and the landscape company was sleeping on chairs in the backyard for over 1/2 hour.

Grasses need to be mowed and debris removed. They did come and mow but should not have had to ask. Needs a deeper cleaning. Cobwebs in lamps and fans. No shower mats in bathroom except MS bath. Floors slippery and no extra towels to use.Otherwise the house was nice and plenty of room for our needs. Loved the location.

This Loveland house is located in a cute neighborhood that's a short drive away from Old Town and a walk away from a small coffee shop with great vibes. The entire house is beautiful! The dining room was big enough for my group of 10 people to play board games, and the couch fit everyone! I stayed in the king-sized bedroom, and it was lovely. Overall, it's a great stay.

Great House

The house was so nice and had so much space for people to socalize or have time to themselves. The street that its on is slightly hidden/narrow which made me miss it a couple of times, but no one else mossed ot so maybe that was just a me problem. The house itself was perfect.

Family reunion fun

Our family traveled over 5 states to get to our family reunion in Fort Collins. This included 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We brought 2 cars and there was room for both vehicles in garage and driveway. Each teen had their own room and the 2 adult couples had their own rooms. 3 bathrooms made it easy to get ready each morning. Beautiful house, super clean and modern, comfy furniture and great location in a quiet neighborhood. We decided not to bring our dog but if we had, he would have had a big fenced yard to run in. Also has a very large deck and fire pit area. Very close to grocery store, college campus and Old Town Fort Collins. We loved it and this was our first Vrbo stay.

Excellent, clean and well-stocked house in a great location to enjoy all Fort Collins has to offer. Host was quickly responsive to a couple of questions and brought over a new propane tank as soon as we told them the current one was low. Would definitely rent again.

Home worked well for our family as far as layout, bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. Check in was simple. We were there for our daughter’s wedding and staff was understanding of small family “rehearsal” and meal as well as hair and makeup for bridal party. Nice deck and patio area. Definitely needs a deep cleaning. Thick dust on ceiling fans and baseboards etc (I’m allergic to dust). Yard needs some TLC, lots of branches down from tree and grass in need of mowing.

Excellent location on a quiet street. Close to everything. We had 5 small children and 5 adults and the house accommodated us beautifully. Loved the shaded backyard. Would definitely stay here again.
