Overall the location was a nice house. It smelled a little musty when we arrived. The ceiling fans were dirty and needed to be cleaned. But the location was great, and the beds and living space were great.

Great place to spend so time with family

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week with our two adult sons. House is located so close to many of the things we enjoy doing in Ft. Collins (Old Town etc.). It was very clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location

Accommodations were great. It was nice having a fenced backyard since we have two dogs that we travel with. The Jacuzzi was phenomenal. It was great to soak in after a long day hike. Location was equally superb easy to get to old town and barely a mile away also convenient to many great hikes.

comfortable place in a nice neighborhood

Met our needs well for a nice place to stay in a great neighborhood for a family event. Very comfortable beds. However, the hot tub was dirty (foamy, noxious smell, pubic hair found) which was disappointing for our stay and a few other things were off (flooding in basement due to rain, screens ripped).
