Bring friends and family to this private oasis located directly on the Toccoa River! This 3 bedroom/2 bath, freshly renovated home sits on a very secluded 3/4 of an acre level lot and boasts a retreat like getaway! FISHING DOCK, with stairs for easy access to fish or play in the river when the water is down (check TVA schedule for water release, water rises rapidly). Prime trout fishing location, with a FISH TRAP (v-shaped rock dam) located in the river directly in front of the property. Fish stocking taking place right up the river makes this a fisherman's dream! Bullfrog 5 person hot tub and covered gazebo perfect for warming up after a dip in the river. GRILL OUT and dine by the river on this home's large COVERED porch. CANOE and two KAYAKS provided for trips down the river (use at your own risk). FIRE PIT for your enjoyment, just feet away from the Toccoa River! 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, shopping and restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Fish Trap. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed to settle in and make it “home” for our vacation. The proximity to the beautiful river, excellent fishing right outside the front door, while still convenient to town made it the ideal spot.

This rental is AMAZING! Came here for my husband 50th birthday and it DID NOT disappoint! He was able to fly fish to his hearts delight and the hot tub was the icing on top! Beautiful place here and right on the water!

Everything was really nice! The view of the river was beautiful, the home was stocked with everything you need and the owner was easy to contact with any questions. The only advice I would give is to drive a vehicle that is not low to the ground and has all wheel drive because the road to get to the property had some steep areas in gravel. Our stay was great!

We spent a wonderful week at this property. It was clean, cozy and very welcoming. The house was clean and had everything we needed for the week. Being right on the river was the icing on the cake. I had a couple questions and Brian got right back to me. The entrance to the river was easy and there wasnt loads of steps to go down. We loved playing corn hole and the hot tub was fabulous. We will definitely be back again.

This was such a beautiful place! My husband thoroughly enjoyed his first time fly fishing and grilling his catch. We can't wait to come back!

This place was great. Even better than expected. The river area was perfect for us and the kids and grandkids. Shallow enough to play in in the mornings and afternoons and the when they let the water out and the river rose a few feet the adults did a little Kayaking. The covered deck was nice for the few rain showers we got. We sat out there and played board games. Thanks so much for a wonderful family vacation.

This is a great place to stay. Beautiful by the crystal clear River. We enjoyed the hot tub and just relaxing on the porch listening to the River. Plenty of outdoor seating. We highly recommend.
Morning coffee on the deck was my favorite.

Had a wonderful stay at the Fish Trap. Had everything we needed for our sisters fly fishing week. Cabin was comfortable. Was clean,great with two coffee makers, kuerig and regular. Close to Blue Ridge center.Would not hesitate to stay again.

My stay was excellent! Loved the location and the closeness to both Blue Ridge Georgia and McCaysville / Copperhill Tennessee. Will book again soon. Time stood still for us. No hustle and bustle. (Clock in the kitchen needs a new battery) Haha.

This was our third stay. First time with our grandkids. They loved it and can't wait to go again. A perfect place to unwind and relax. The host is great and responds quickly. Definitely recommend for a quiet getaway or there is plenty to do in and around Blue Ridge.

Our family of 6 enjoyed the home and area! My son who loves fishing was in the water most of the time! It felt far away but stores and restaurants were nearby. I bet this place is just beautiful during the fall with all the trees around!

Great Location

Fantastic location, beautiful view of the Tocca River and we caught trout right from shore, but can wade into shallow water too. Outdoor hot tub was a treat.
