Great hosts who have been hosting 7 years to help you with anything you may need! A wonderful patio area for grilling outside! Firepit! Heated pool for your pleasure! Excelente estancia en esta propiedad,muy buena limpieza,equipada de todo lo necesario,espaciosa,en muy buenas condiciones y la atención del anfitrión mejor no pudo ser ,muy comunicativa y nos brindó la mejor de las estancias en su propiedad,mi familia y yo quedamos encantados,por lo que recomendamos el lugar. I rarely would leave a bad review even if I have one but I feel like I should let people know about this one….this not a 2/2 house, it is a bedroom efficiency connected to their home. Once i booked I googled the address & it looked to be a much larger home than listed so i emailed to the owner & asked if it was a seperate unit she assured me it was “completelySeperate” from their home. It is in fact connected directly to their home with a door to what seemed to be their bedroom! The first night we were there I did not hear anyone but the next day I could hear her Having a whole conversation on the phone then right after I could hear her speaking to her husband about what outfit she was going to wear..… I wonder which one she picked …. lol we left shortly after & did not stay the second night. We did speak with her as we were leaving & let her know we were disappointed by the description on Vrbo. On the positive side the size of the bedroom was very large & bathroom was very nice. It does have a living room area with a dining area and efficiency kitchen. Overall it was a very nice place but the close connecting factor Made me a little uncomfortable.

Needs a good cleaning

The location was good. I was super disappointed that the pool was cold during our entire stay! The pool was the SOLE reason i booked it. The place was not clean upon check-in! I called the owner and he quickly came to spiffy it up. But every definitely needs a good deep cleaning. They did have everything there that we needed. And the master bedroom was nice

Fabulous

My husband our dog Roxie and I had a great time staying here. It had everything we needed. We were able to bring my 94 year old mother over for a cookout on Mothers Day. We used to live in Florida about 15 years ago and this mini vacation brought back memories. We are planning another trip down and will be staying here again.

Fabulous Place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The bedroom is huge and the pool was a welcome sight after a day of sight seeing. We loved that it was pet friendly, and the owners are so friendly. We highly recommend staying here.

Great accommodations and location

We have returned to this place multiple times over the years. Enjoyed the privacy in this quiet neighborhood that is very close to the beaches and downtown area. The host could not have been nicer.

Relaxing getaway

I love the house with the pool. It was just what I needed a relaxing getaway. I enjoyed having access to the pool. It was a perfect location for us to go to other parts of Florida without being too far of a drive definitely would stay there again.

Great place for a vacation

The owner was super communicative, accommodating, and kind. It really met the needs of my trip- the location wasn’t too far from Siesta Key Beach or downtown Sarasota or the airport. In addition, the netted pool allowed me to extend my warm-weather experience and allowed me to swim at night and relax in the early morning.

What a lovely place. Enclosed pool, so no bugs. That's a definite plus. Large rooms. Oh, the bedroom! Beautiful. One of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. Nice, big bathroom with 2 sinks. Very private and just a complete pleasure.

Perfect place to stay!

Great place to stay. Perfect for a family of four or five. Lots of extra toiletries, towels, beach chairs etc.
