The house had the perfect beach charm and was very clean and cozy. Jude was also very accommodating and quick to respond. I would highly recommend to anyone and we plan on returning in the future as well.

This property was lovely…even better than we expected. It was decorated so beautifully and thoughtfully and the owner was professional and kind in our interactions. It has everything you will need for a wonderful stay and it’s close to everything. When we return to Sarasota this is where we will stay.

Home was great!! Jude is the best host out there!! The house had everything you could possibly need. Wish we had more time to spend there relaxing but we had a pretty full schedule planned. Will definitely try to rent this home again and have shared the info with family members that visit as well.

Lovely home, loved the way it is decorated. Very comfortable, quiet neighborhood. I didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well stocked. It was close to Walt’s Seafood, our favorite place to eat. Would definitely stay there again. Very, very clean!

This is the 2nd time my wife and I have stayed at this home. We both love it and will make it a regular stay every year. It’s a beautifully decorated home with a cottage beach feel that fits our tastes perfectly. My dog Thor loved exploring the yard that is beautifully landscaped and has many options to sit and read outside while enjoying a morning cup of coffee. We love it and felt like home

Excellent location. Decor was very nice. Communication with Jude was excellent. Spent a good amount of time on the covered patio. Lots of different places to sit!

It was a nice property the outside with the yard and all the flowers and trees was nice. Driveway was all sea shell's that was neat. Only issues we had was the coffee makers was kinda nasty didn't even use them. Went to McDonald's down the street an got coffee every morning. The back bathroom by the bedrooms the hot water in shower never got hot. An wasn't any laundry detergent but everything else was there. Thats not a big deal. But the coffee pots (where it holds the water) and where water comes out wasn't very clean. Definitely needs replaced. If you are taking a bunch of people or kids might all have to use shower by laundry room. And lamp soon as you walk in door doesn't work. Other then that presentation of property inside and out is extremely nice.

Thank you for your review. As with all guests, I ask that when you are at the home, you reach out to me with anything you need during your stay. You did not bring any of these issues to my attention and only raise them now in the review. The bathroom has very specific posted instructions on how to use the faucet for hot water. The lamp may have just needed a light bulb. This is the first time I am hearing of the coffee pot and will address that with my professional cleaners immediately. I am grateful for you and your experience as it only makes my 5 star reviews that much better as there is always room for improvement. Kindly, Jude

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful, spacious and tastefully decorated house. The landlord was very responsive and secured a visit from the plumber immediately after we flagged a problem with a sink. The house is very well equipped for home cooking and beach activities (bikes, beach chairs...) Totally recommend!

You can compare and see for yourself that I provide one of the best Vrbos for the price in Sarasota - close to the beach and downtown. I have repeatedly heard from guests that the house is special. There is a little bit of magic and a whole lot of love that sets this home apart from others in Sarasota. I hope you feel the magic too.
