New The BLUE HERON 3 bedroom oasis with heated pool

3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Beautiful swimming pool that overlooks a tranquil and private back yard oasis and patio to enjoy outdoor dining and relaxing. There is also a covered gazebo in the rear of property for additional seating and relaxing area. There is a 75" smart TV in the living room with sound bar as well as smart TV's in the master bedroom and guest room. There is Gig WiFi with dual routers thruout the house. Coastal decor throughout to enjoy your tropical surroundings. Just 9 miles to the beach this home makes for an affordable beach vacation. Just 2.4 miles to IMG Acadamy Golf Club. Brand new solid wood furnishings and mattresses.

Pool patio has covered dining and relaxing areas. Private secluded pool is screened with lounge chairs available. Pool table, dart board, large outdoor jenga, cornhole, and various board games and games for most ages. Eero mesh dual router GB WiFi access is available in the home.

Guests are renting the entire house however there is a shed on the property and a lock-out owners’ closet that is not accessible.

Dogs are allowed on a case by case basis, please read the full information in the additional rules section.

The pool is heated at 84 degrees during the warmer months and 82 during the colder months, if you would like the heater turned off or the temperature changed you must get permission from the owner. During the colder months of December thru March the heater may not be able to maintain 82 degrees on the colder days and an additional fee of $10 per day may be required based on temperature settings or length of stay, please contact host for additional information. The additional fee would apply if daily temperatures are lower than 70 degrees and nightly temps below 55 degrees. Guests must be 21 years old to rent.

You are also just under 11 miles to Holmes Beach/Anna Maria Island, 2.4 miles to IMG Acadamy Golf Club, 8.4 miles to downtown Sarasota, 10.5 miles to St Armands Circle/Lido Key, 11.5 miles to an abundance of shopping at or near The Mall at University Park, 12.4 miles to downtown Lakewood Ranch, 5 miles from Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport, less than an hour from Tampa Airport and less than a mile to Starbucks, Dunkin, pharmacies, super markets, and dozens of restaurants.

I have also just installed 12" rain shower heads in both showers.

We had a great time at The Blue Heron. The house was located in an older neighborhood but it was very quiet and in a nice location. The home itself was great, the owner left so many nice touches for guests including leaving some welcome snacks and a bottle of wine. I appreciated that the kitchen had everything that we needed while we were there. I can’t tell you how many times I have had to make a Walmart run for a can opener or a spatula while renting. The pool was awesome and there were plenty of pool toys and floats available. Very close to the beach and some great fresh seafood restaurants.

Excellent stay. Location is great near everything. Great outside area. If you plan on using the pool or going to the beach bring nothing but your bathing suits. Owner has provided everything else. Very family oriented property. Planning on going back in July.

The property was exceptionally clean and well stocked with essential necessities. The host was very helpful and had even provided several snacksfor our arrival. The backyard and pool area were very nice.

How very lovely we found the “New Blue Heron 3” to be for our stay in Bradenton! Our family enjoyed the very nice and homey accommodations. We found all the necessary items to prepare meals, comfortable dining areas inside and out, relaxed on the screened patio and in the heated pool, and appreciated the “Welcome packet” treats, a nice touch!Home is well decorated, the privacy fencing much appreciated, plenty of absorbent towels, bedding was of high quality and quite comfortable, beach supplies, games, activities for family enjoyment. Our hosts were very responsive to every question and provided helpful explanations, providing everything to make our stay memorable!

We came down for my daughter’s tournament at IMG. Great location, lovely backyard and responsive hosts. Carlos was very welcoming and prompt with any questions we had. Will be back next year.

The house was excellent all three of us enjoyed comfortable bedrooms both bathrooms were more than spacious the unfortunate thing was the pool was not usable due to it needing service but the outside area is excellent with a beautiful sitting area by the pool and then an additional sitting area farther back on the patio as far as communication Carlos was absolutely fantastic I would certainly recommend this property there was plenty of amenities in the house that any guest would need to use he was extremely helpful and responsive Within a very short period of time I get overall certainly recommend this house if I'm ever in that area again that would certainly definitely consider renting this house again

I wish you had told me there was an issue with the pool I would have addressed it immediately, the pool company is literally 800 ft away and would have been there within an hour or two max. We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Heron. The house was comfortable, had everything we needed for a 5 day stay, and lots of fun for the teenagers and parents alike. The pool table got plenty of use! We were in town for a lacrosse tournament and the house was only about 25 minutes to the far field and 8 minutes to the close one. Plus everything you could need or want was just around the corner (Target, grocery stores, etc just minute or two away.)Most importantly, Carlos was amazing as a host. The house was very welcoming with little touches making it seem as if you were at a friend's house. The initial messages and book were thorough, making it easy to find the information you needed as you settled in. And he was extremely quick to answer any questions, never seeming put out or annoyed by our interruptions or questions. He even called me to try to help me walk through an issue we were having and when it couldn't be fixed by me arranged to have someone come to fix the problem. We will happily return to the Blue Heron the next time we are in the area!

What an amazing place to stay. Close to enough to go nearby cities such as Tampa, Sarasota and St. Pete. House was perfect and the pool was amazing to enjoy after long days sightseeing and beach trips. No complaints and the host was responsive when needed. Check in and check out was seamless. Had a wonderful time! The host Carlos was great at communicating and answering any questions. Loved the pool in the back it was nice. Beaches surrounding the area are absolutely gorgeous. Would book again!
