Great house, lots of things to make us comfortable and like we were at home. The location was great. Our first time staying on the canal and our son loved fishing off the dock. Were able to walk or ride bikes to the beach and lots of food and shops nearby. Thanks for a great experience.

Great place to stay close to a lot to do! Loved the dock and covered porch to play with the kids. Beds were comfortable- loved the shark systems in the rooms and overall what a place! Thank you

was a great visit. picture accurate, fun fishing off dock. beach 5 minutes away. host was available , we loved the july fireworks watching from the dock in the back yard. will come again!

The house was exactly as described and perfect for our stay!! Wonderful location on the canal and we saw manatees and dolphins from the dock!! Great proximity to walk or bike to the beach and downtown Cocoa Beach. The owner was very responsive and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate to book this lovely home again!! Thanks for the great stay!!

Excellent place to stay

The house was very clean and decorated very cute. The beds were comfortable and anything you need in the kitchen is readily available. It’s conveniently located on a canal with a nice dock/place to sit on the canal.

Great location!

Quiet neighborhood walking distance to downtown. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Great little vacation home in beautiful Cocoa Beach!

Florida vacation

Awesome place, clean and well maintained. Everything was great, even seen dolphins and manatees. We'll have great memories of this vacation.

Very comfortable and a great area. We saw dolphins and manatees from the dock in the back yard. Only a few blocks to the beach (bikes provided) and quick access to anything you need: groceries, gas, restaurants.

Home away from home

We've been here multiple times and each time is like coming home. We love the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and the peacefulness of just sitting in the dock and watching the manatees. Already planning our next stay.

We stayed here for a short weekend with 4 high school and college kids, it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. The property was so adorable and the large main room was great for playing cards and hanging out watching a movie. We walked to 4th St. Filling station for dinner one night, it was so good! The Publix was about 5 min away one way and the beach 5 minutes the other way. It was the better than expected for all of us!!

Summer beach getaway

Unique stay along the canal. Enjoyed canoeing through the mangroves. House was well equipped with beach equipment.

Excellent location and beautiful home

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It was pet friendly. Nicely appointed and the backyard on the canal was awesome. The house was conveniently located to the beach, stores and nice small parks within the area to take kids or dogs. The owner was great and very responsive. It was a wonderful stay!

Peaceful

Quiet neighborhood and on a canal, the house was clean and perfect for our stay. Restaurants and things to do were close by. Our dogs enjoyed their stay as well laying out on the dock in the sun. We would definitely love to come back next year.

Our Cocoa Beach Casa was PERFECT for our family of 6! Very comfortable, with great amenities. Our grandson said “this place is awesome!” And made me check the softness of all the beds! lol! Beautiful canal home in a peaceful neighborhood, close to the beach and lots of restaurants/shopping. Our host Jamie was so responsive and nice! Will definitely rent here again.
Charlie came to visit us!!! (My moms name for the heron in the neighborhood!)

Our second stay - looking forward to the next visit

This is a classic Cocoa Beach home, on a waterway, close to the beach and very casual. The ability to bring our dogs was a big plus and fit with our desire to just relax with friends. The home is well outfitted and very well cared for. We look forward to coming back.

Cocoa Beach House

This house was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We arrived to a clean, well stocked house. The home is a short drive to beautiful beaches. The house’s backyard was fun for all ages in our group. We enjoyed canoeing around the mangroves and were able to see manatees and dolphins.

A Beauty of a Place!

The place was very close to everything! Everything was clean, dishwasher didn't work, and the washer lost water! The beds were comfortable and the screened in porch was very, very nice. Yes I would stay again.

Great home for a family getaway

This house is amazing! Very well set up and backs up right to the canal. We had six adults and a child and we were all very comfortable. I cooked a feast for Thanksgiving and found the kitchen to be set up very well! Thanks for sharing your home!
