This was a lovely property for our family and our four-legged baby. Lots of activities and restaurants close by and the beach a few blocks away!

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Walking distance to the beach. Very close driving distance to down town cocoa beach and all the attractions of the area. Very spacious for our family of 5.

Great Quiet Place

Me and my friends stayed here and it is located in such a beautiful neighborhood! Also only a 10 minute walk to a very quiet beach. Beautiful backyard and interior too.

Beautiful home in Sug Harbor

This was our Fourth time here. We love the proximity to everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. Close to Patrick’s AFB since we are retired military. So this is a huge plus for us. Love Meg O’Malleys in Melbourne since we are Irish. Lots of lovely restaurants. Quiet beaches all around if you like peace and quiet. Hope to be back soon. Had a lovely time!

When we arrived at the property, it was late the door code. Everything was perfect. The inside of the house was nice and clean and then one of the air conditioners messed up. They were individual units. Water ran everywhere on the mattress on the beds in the floor, so I had to clean that up could not use that bed contacted the host. They answered immediately got someone over. Said it was a filter and everything would be fine. Got back to the house the second night afternoon after a day out water running down the walls in the floor of the mattress everything was wet again most of our time there was spent cleaning up the from air conditioner. The outside the grass was high the backyard was not usable. We swept the patio ourselves just so we could have our dinner out just hoping that for the next guest the yard is better and the air works.

Nice spacious house with plenty of room for families. Wonderful King bed in main suite. The host was so helpful and answered any questions I had immediately. Just a short walk to the beach and the house provided everything you would need to use at the beach, such as chairs, umbrellas, beach toys etc. Loved that they even had a baby crib and high chair available which we used. Enjoyed our long weekend and would definitely come again.
