This spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath ocean front ground floor unit has a newly renovated open-concept kitchen with white shaker cabinets, gorgeous quartzite counter top, and full washer and dryer. The floors in the main areas are plank style tile which lead you through the dining area/ living area to the slider door overlooking the patio and heated pool. Just a few steps beyond is the crossover through the sea oats to the beach!! Comfortable coastal style furnishings in this 1400-plus-square-foot unit make this the perfect place to bring your family as you enjoy a relaxing retreat.

As ‘snowbirds’, we thoroughly enjoyed our ‘winter respite’ at this lovely Cocoa Beach condo! It was sparkling clean upon arrival and had everything we needed to make our time there very pleasant! A well stocked kitchen, in house laundry, inviting decor, along with comfortable beds and perfect shower water-pressure, all added to our positive experience. The ground floor patio offered a wonderful view of the heated pool & ocean as well as easy access to the beach walkway. We were lucky enough to witness many rocket launches during our stay. Dave, the owner, was great to work with and gave clear, helpful instructions!We definitely will stay here again!

Spring Break
Location was great- kids loved the pool and beach, place was spacious and everything worked as expected. Would love to stay again!

Amazing location
Perfectly situated unit ground floor with view of pool and ocean. Complex is at the best location in cocoa beach

Perfect, peaceful stay in Cocoa Beach
Our stay was so peaceful and so close to everything Cocoa Beach has to offer! Dave’s place has everything you will need to make your stay here perfect. We will definitely be back!

Great place!
I would highly recommend this place. Many restaurants were within walking distance. Beach was really close. The host was really great to work with.

Very nice and clean
Loved staying in this condo! Great view and short walk to get onto the beach. Had 6 adults and plenty of room. Great place to stay!

Amazing Stay!
An amazing stay in Cocoa Beach! This condo has everything you need for a family visit and the owner is great with communicating! With the easy access to the pool and beach, it's a perfect spot for a short or long vacation! Look forward to returning next year!

We live in Florida and wanted a comfortable place to bring our family and friends. We’ve had a wedding on the beach for one of our children, baby showers for our grandchildren and many a special gathering with family and friends. This is our home away from home. We treat it as such and maintain it that way for you our guests.

The open concept and beautiful kitchen allow guests to be fully engaged with each other during their stay, while the location of bedrooms offer a quiet retreat.
