As an added feature, this unit has split air conditioner in both bedrooms which will provide a restful night sleep. This unit is clean and well maintained. UnlIke other units, guests have use of clothes washer/dryer in the unit. Other units guests are required to pay to use onsite laundry room! Also Unit has BBQ close to the entrance and is almost your own private BBQ!! Newly remodeled 2 bed/2 bath corner unit so it is very quite and private . Guests of this unit do not share landing. Plantation style condominium with exotically beautiful landscaped gardens and palatial lawn areas. Located on a sandy, swimmable beach. Lae Nani is an exceptional ocean front property which is centrally located on the Coconut Coast of the East side of Kauai. NOTE: See Na Pali Coast state wilderness Park it is well published to be one of the WORLDS MOST BEAUTIFUL COASTLINES. Lae Nani is only 15 minutes from airport, 30 minutes to the north or 30 minutes to the south. It is walking distance to shopping, dining and activities including the Kapaa Coastal Path. The gated property offers private off-street parking(free parking), and a tennis court, and swimming pool. Please be aware that Lae Nani has a non smoking policy.

Amazing lanai!

Our family, with kids 3-10 had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the central location to all things on the island. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of extras and the beach toys/chairs/cooler was part of the reason we booked this place. Everything was clean and tidy, as shown in pictures. Ocean view with the lagoon and garden close by was a great treat.

Beautiful condo. Beach and pool ...wish it was more on the beach, but never the less everything was

Stayed from thursday to Friday. Flights were cancelled Friday and Gil accommodated us for another night thank goodness. Condo was full furnished with everything you could possibly need and more.

Great family trip!

Given we have never visited the island, the location of this condo was perfect. It allowed us easy access to all of the activities we wanted to do. The condo is as described and well cared for. The grounds are beautiful.

Family vacation

This condo worked very well for us, and was just as described. The location was good for access to Kapaa bike path( wow!) , coconut marketplace, Lydgate Beach Park, river kayak rentals ,and planned activities on North and South areas of island. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the large capacity washer and dryer in the unit. We also used the provided cooler, beach towels, snorkel gear, beach chair and umbrella( and Boss Frogs for bikes and more snorkel rentals). The gas grill just at the bottom of the stairs was also handy. We enjoyed relaxing on the lanai- with ocean breezes and the sounds of the bubbling koi pond from below. I would definitely recommend this place.

A bit of a disappointment

Property and grounds were well cared for. We were disappointed because the listing did not indicate that most of the ocean access had signs warning not to swim there because it was dangerous. The bed in the main bedroom was so soft and squishy that it made it hard to turn over after an hour or so. Woke up several times throughout the night hurting. The twin beds would be fine for children. Hard for my husband and I to sleep comfortably. He is 6’2 and 220. I’m 5’5 and 130.

Beautiful property and great location!

We had a lovely week vacation here with my family. The condo is great! Had everything we needed in the kitchen and even extras like boogie boards, an umbrella, kids beach toys, beach chairs and snorkel sets as well. I will say we would have liked a few more beach towels to use, but we just did laundry while we were there. It has a lovely beach view from the balcony. The property is well maintained and super nice and clean. My kids absolutely loved the pool! And you have your own little beach on property. This complex is also within a 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants and a marketplace for food and drinks. We would totally stay here again!

Great location!

Our stay was really wonderful. The space was comfortable, the views and layout allowed for lots of together time and alone space. The beach at the property was perfect for spending time, swimming, and enjoying the weather. It is right on a curve sp the wind was whipping along the long stretch around the corner and this little cove was protected. Lots of walkability and everything we needed was supplied!

Great place to stay

Very nice property with lots of little details by owner. Great view and fully equipped kitchen. Place was clean and up to date. Our family had tree generations from 11 months to 77 and we were all very comfortable and had a good time.

Great family vacation spot!

This was our second time at the Lae Nani condo complex and once again it did not disappoint. We love this area so much that this time we brought extended family - our group of 12 spread out across three 2-bedroom units. This unit was very comfortable - perfect for our family of 4. Everything was as expected. We had everything we needed for a fun and comfortable stay. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

Wonderful Wailua condo on the beach.

Beautiful beachside condo complex. Great location north of the airport. Perfect location to explore the East/North side of the island. A short walk to excellent dining options and a market. The air conditioned 2bed/2 bath was spacious with a good array of cooking gear in the kitchen. Boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys etc. for use. No problems with wifi. Washer/Dryer very useful to have fresh towels everyday for the next beach adventure. Great place. We would rent again. Thanks!

Amazing Lae Nani Stay

For 2 weeks our family enjoyed the hospitality of the Robles family. The listing online was just about exactly what we experienced. Aside from some of our adventures we took, the property was great. Bonus to have the split ac units in bedrooms and our own washer dryer. Safe, gated community, plenty of lighting, warm pool, surf a hundred yards away. Shopping and handful of restaurants a 5-7 walk away in Coconut Marketplace and nearby hotels. Great location to drive to the North and West.

The perfect accommodation and location

The condo itself was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need (cooler, chairs, beach umbrella, kitchen basics). The porch with nest chair was perfect to start our mornings and the small beach accessible from the condo unit was a perfect place to relax. We took many day trips around the island but were always happy to return to the condo.

Awesome Location for Families

This listing is a gem - the pictures as of Dec 2022 don't completely do it justice. Great second floor location up one short flight of stairs with very relaxing balcony that overlooks a small koi pond with partial views of the ocean. The interior is spacious for a two bedroom and is nicely appointed - we have stayed at vacation rentals all over the world that are often furnished with Swedish big box store-type throwaway furniture ... this place is tastefully/modernly decorated and feels like the owner actually cares about it. The extra air mattress is actually an inflatable bed that is "Self-Deploying Frame Design Allows User To Simply Unzip Case, Plug Into Wall, Turn On, And Walk Away For Easy Set Up" (google it) so that's not as "on the floor" as it sounds. Don't bother bringing your own beach towels, snorkel gear, ice chest, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc ... he's got all that for you and it's good quality; save your suitcase space. The condo grounds are well maintained with easy 5 min walking access to shopping, small grocery store and some restaurants (Hukilau Lanai is probably one of the top 10 restaurants on the island - reserve weeks ahead of time). Pool was also nice and well maintained. We'll probably stay here again at some point.

Most amazing vacation ever!

What a wonderful experience renting from Gil. The unit was better than expected, the grounds and location simply couldn’t be beat. My family with two young children were very comfortable. We loved the pool and being able to walk to the Coconut Marketplace. The provided cooler toys and chairs were also great. We can’t say enough good things about what we just experienced, and can’t wait to stay here again!

A perfect place to stay

This condo was incredible- our family of 5 was very comfortable. We absolutely loved the view of the ocean from the condo and throughout the entire property. We loved the pool (including the view from the pool area of the ocean and mountains) and the beach/ocean swimming in front of the property. We enjoyed lots of adventures throughout the whole island so the central location was perfect. Gil was very helpful all the way through. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and would 100% recommend it to friends.
