Great stay

The resort was beautiful. The view from the room was spectacular. The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal. The location was great. It is close to the Coconut marketplace and beautiful beaches. Highly recommend

Wonderful view.

The decor was nice and the beds comfortable. The master shower leaks terribly with a half glass that doesn’t allow for a proper shower without water everywhere. We were never able to get any of the TVs to work and there were no instructions. The patio was nice with a wonderful view. The actual condo is in need of some serious maintenance. M

Amazing view!

This place has an amazing view and was so comfortable. It’s a great place for 2 couples or a family. It’s very roomie and the kitchen is well stocked! It was a great location in Kapaa. We felt it was very centralized for seeing the island. It’s a quiet area and pool is nice. The beach is only steps away from the pool area. We Will be back!

Family Fun on Kauai

The location was great as we were right in between two of our favorite beaches Tunnels on the North Shore and Poipu in the South. Had a great time at Kipu Ranch on the UTV tour. The condo was well appointed, clean and comfortable with an amazing view! Would definitely come back!

Wonderful oceanfront condo

This third-floor unit is a well-maintained gem, perfect for a family vacation in Kauai. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of utensils, and you can enjoy the soothing sound of ocean waves from the living room. There's convenient access to a small beach right through the building. The rooms are clean and come with TVs, including one in the living room, and the spacious bathrooms are pristine. You can relax on the lanai and watch the sea. The location is excellent, close to the Coconut Marketplace and Safeway, and it's not too far from the airport either. Overall, a fantastic place for a family getaway.

Not accurate representation

Location was good, nice view but no real beach. Condo needed a good deep cleaning, only one set of bedding, furnishings pretty worn compared to pictures, operation of ceiling fans was iffy (some worked, some not) bedrooms noisey from parking lot/trash truck collection. We had a monster cockroach in the bathroom and many ants everywhere. Probably would not stay here again. We could have gotten much nicer accommodations elsewhere for the price.

wonderful stay in kauai

Wonderful week in kauai. The location is perfect - close to all the sights and short drive from the airport. The condo was clean and the complex is location right on the beach. Restaurants, groceries nearby as well. Overall a perfect gem.

Relaxing, beautiful, & great location

We came to this island to relax and this was the perfect place for that! The view of the ocean was beautiful. It was so quiet and peaceful. We just stayed by the pool or down on the beach. The landscaping was incredible and very well taken care of. People were friendly and offered suggestions for restaurants or things to do. If we ever have the opportunity to return to Kauai, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful condo and location

We couldn't have been happier with the condo and location. The condo was just as pictured, and the views are incredible! The check-in instructions were easy and the hosts were accommodating and responsive. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Kauai!

Kauai Vacation

We had a lovely stay at this at property. Well appointed condo that had everything thing we needed to relax pool side or on the beach, taking breakfast on the balcony or dinning in for the evening. It was also a super easy walk to near by restaurants and easy drive to other beachs. Loved it so such we stay there again. Mohalo for sharing your lovely home!

Beautiful, roomy condo. Excellent ocean views from the balcony. Great pool and small beach steps away. Highly recommend! We didn't communicate with the property manager, but there was no "n/a option.

Beautiful quiet property. My cousins and I visited this property to honor my parents & Aunt and Uncle. They stayed at this small complex every time they visited Kauai. Great pool, beautifully decorated, stunning views with central air. Perfect

Property and location exceeded my expectations. Kitchen was well equipped. Balcony view was a dream. Loved the pool and had fun at the small beach. My son commented on how soft the sheets were. We look forward to returning someday.

Perfect location

My family of four enjoyed our 10 day stay in this condo so much. It is located in Kapaa, which is central to both the north and south shores and close to restaurants and shopping. Be sure to check out the Lava Lava Beach club which is in walking distance and the Passion Bakery just up the road. The condo was immaculate and well stocked. Every possible kitchen amenity is provided. You could seriously host a banquet with all the dishes provided. We took full advantage of the provided chairs, beach umbrella and cooler as well as numerous snorkel gear. The ocean view is spectacular and the pool and beach access was convenient. The pool more than satisfied our needs and the beach was wonderful. My kids enjoyed exploring tide pools at low tide and playing in the waves during the day. The property manager was in touch with us during our visit and the check in/out process was so easy. We are planning to rebook this property already.

Originally my husband and I made the reservations. Soon after my husband died from a horrible accident. My teen boys and I decided to go to Kauai anyways. The condo was amazing. It had everything we needed and wanted. The beds were very comfortable. The neighbors were friendly. The condo was very comfortable and relaxing. It was also great because we had direct access to the beach, pool, restaurants, and shopping. The only need for a car was for excursions. The location was perfect because we were very centrally located to entire island.
