Breathtaking Pacific ocean views when you walk in the door. Located only 30ft from the shoreline. Our ground floor unit has direct access to the sea. We just completed a full remodel. Everything is new. Our condo is fully air conditioned and has all the amenities you could ask for. A gourmet kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, full size appliances and ice maker. Two full bathrooms with large walk in showers. The master bedroom has an ocean view and a king bed. The guest room has a queen bed. There's a queen pull out couch in the living room. Large 60" smart TV with cable and Netflix.

Review

The view and location of the place was amazing! The owner was accommodating for us and allowed us to drop our stuff off before check in which was so helpful. The only complaint I have is that the beds are not very comfortable and there was a mildew smell on the mattress and small beatle like bugs… we ended up sleeping in the living room on the couch that turns into a bed instead.

Anniversary/Birthday/Retirement Trip

WOW! Very well equipped property. All the necessities were provided. Owners responded to questions immediately. Being on the first floor is a huge plus - walk out to grass and water, patio furniture was in good shape. Would love to come back and stay again.

The images don’t give this place its full justice. We expected a great place from the images online, but when we arrived, the views and everything with this place are much more from the posted images. We had an amazing time. Perfect Kauai Condo

We were fortunate enough to spend two weeks in this beautiful oceanfront condo. The condo feels spacious, is very clean and well stocked. There is plenty of gear for a day at the beach or you can simply enjoy watching the turtles and the surfers from the ground floor lanai. Polly was a pleasure to work with as we were planning our stay. Don’t pass on your opportunity to stay here, we plan on a return stay.

Amazing views!

Our family of four stayed for one week in Polly’s condo. The condo is even better than the pictures depict. Well stocked and comfortable! The views can’t be beat! We loved watching the sea turtles right outside the condo and the surfers were daily entertainment! You can’t top this location and the views ! Polly was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Nice location

Overall good experience. Great kitchen and atmosphere. Very rainy week, so spent time relaxing on the patio and living space. Lots of sea turtles that were swimming at the edge of the water. Lots of fish to see snorkeling in the bay by the beach house. Fun watching the surfers.

Location can’t be beat

Loved this stylish but comfy unit for its oceanfront location for the daytime and big television + comfy couch for the evenings. Short walk to a beach and snorkeling. Short drive to shops, restaurants and Poipu Beach Park. Would book again!

Amazing!!!!

Views , location, you will not be disappointed ! We loved walking over to the beach house for cocktails at sunset , and snorkeling in the cove, without loading up in a car. Polly was awesome with communication for questions and local recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. The location was ideal for an active Kauai vacation as we used it for a home base for hiking in Waimea Canyon and the state parks to the north and for a drive to backpack the to Kalalau. The kitchen we well equipped and it worked perfectly for dinners at home. The view of the ocean is spectacular and the sound of the surf at night was wonderful. Nice showers and comfortable beds. It was truly perfect for us.

A Dream!

Stay and Play

We have been to this facility twice. Each time we have enjoyed the modern amenities of the rental, the close proximity to the ocean and surrounding beaches. From an early morning coffee to watch the sunrise to an afternoon cool beverage to watch the sunset you will be amazed each and everyday. Watching the aquatic life playing in the ocean as the waves crashed ashore is especially enjoying. So much so you will not realize how quickly time will simply pass. This VRBO rental rates a 10+. We are very fortunate to have found it available for our visits. We are confident once you have also stayed here you will want to keep it a secret!!!!

Awesome Views

Polly’s place is great. This oceanfront property has everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the condo is nicely furnished. The views are amazing and Polly is a great host! We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect Condo!

This is definitely the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed in. We highly recommend and would 100% stay again. Not only is the view incredible, but the space itself it so nice. Everything is upgraded, fully stocked, and great air conditioning. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect Location and Ocean View

I can't imagine another condo on the island that could beat this condo's location and ocean view. Its south-central coast location allows you to easily reach all the places you'd want to visit on the island. It has an amazing ocean view that is unobstructed and literally steps away from the back door. Also, you can take just a few steps out the back door and you'll see an amazing sunset view to the right! The condo listing photos are accurate. The place is very clean and functional. It has a fully-stocked kitchen, plus beach towels/chairs/umbrella/cooler as well. I can't say enough good things about this condo. Definitely worth every penny.

Special Place

Plenty of room for the four of us. We were so comfortable! The furniture, the beds, beach toys! Polly has really given considerable thought to making sure her guests lack for nothing. We loved the note to leave spices, etc! It was fun to check out ALL the spices when cooking.THE VIEW! We couldn't ask for a better view and since ground floor just walk right out. Needed to connect with Polly twice and she immediately responded to our needs. We will definitely return again.
