The Property
Drive along the tree-lined streets of Polynesian Gardens to your own Siesta Key villa escape. Siesta Villa Whispering Palms is a delightfully comfortable stand-alone villa in one of Siesta Key's most desirable communities. Polynesian Gardens is a quiet community, comprised of 70 charming villas with tree-lined streets, lush tropical landscapes, a large community pool and access to the intercoastal waterway.

Siesta Villa Whispering Palms is pleasantly spacious, with a large open floor plan of the common areas, 3 luscious bedrooms, 2 recently renovated bathrooms, and a fully enclosed/air continued sunroom (very rare for Siesta Key). The Property features a large galley kitchen with high-end appliances and is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. Accompanying the kitchen is two dining areas with a formal dining area towards the front of the property for 6, and an informal breakfast nook for 4. The living room in the middle of the home features a comfortable seating for 5 and a large 65” television. Walk-out the sliding glass door in the living room or master bathroom to the enclosed sunroom, which features seating for 5, a pull-out couch, and a television. We love to read a book in this room.

The master bedroom is located in the back of the property, with a king-size bed and plush bedding. The master ensuite is a full-size bathroom with a step-less shower, and grab bars, perfect for those with mobility issues.
There are two guest bedrooms, one with a King bed in the front of the house, and a queen bedroom in the middle of the house. Located in between the 2 bedrooms is the guest bathroom that also features a step-less shower. All the bedrooms in the property feature TV's, perfect for those days when you do not feel like leaving the house.

The fully enclosed backyard of the property is sunny most of the day, which is great for sunbathing, or cooking out on the grill and enjoying a fire in the chimenea at dusk.

***Reservations During the months of Jan-March must be for the beginning of the month to the end. Reservations that do not meet this time requirement may be canceled.
**Minimum Age 25: All Reservations must be booked by and accompanied by an adult who is 25 years of age or older. Valid photo I.D. may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 43% refund. Bookings canceled within the 14-day window are non-refundable.

Reservations of 15 nights or more may be canceled at least 90 days before the start of the stay will receive a 93% refund. Cancellations within 45 days of the check-in date and are refundable up to 43%.

Should a refund be issued, a credit to the original credit card in the amount of the reservation minus the cost of the cancellation fees will be issued within 5 to 7 business days.
