2-12 min away (driving) from famous SIESTA BEACH, very private cozy house with swimming pool, walking distance to entrance to beautiful Phillippi Creek harbor, where you can paddle board or put your boat into water..
3 bedrooms plus sleeper sofa [sleeps 2], 3 bathrooms, very spacious living area with extra dining room, kitchen with brand new appliances and laundry room with brand new appliances as well, anything you need we have ready for you. [ beach chairs, towels, beach towels and etc.

Nice patio including electric grill , table and chairs
You can easily reach any location in town from our house within few minutes, such as Crescent beach (2 minutes driving), Turtle beach(10 min), Siesta public beach(10min) and famous St. Armand's circle with access to Lido beach ( 20min)

Clean and comfortable

This home was very clean and comfortable and in a nice neighborhood; however, it is quite dated. It could really use some remodeling, especially bathrooms.

Spacey and Comfortable

We were there for my granddaughters wedding. We held a coffee hour for the wedding party and friends And the house was just the right size for hosting

Good stay

Place is big. Definitely could use updated furniture but the location is good. House was clean. Loved being able to use the beach chairs. Washer and dryer was very good, which I appreciate. Pool is also a plus, too cold for us to use in January but if it was warmer outside we would have used it.

Family reunion

The property was very maintained, very spacious, close to everything. Very quiet area nice well maintained pool. The owner Karl was very accommodating. Would recommend to friend's and family, and ŵould definitely consider staying there again

Comfortable stay in Sarasota near Siesta

Our family had a very comfortable stay at this property while visiting family in Sarasota. Owner was very helpful and prompt about any concerns we had after checking in. Very clean and has all necessities to make for a pleasant stay!

Fine time

My wife and I stayed the month of February at Karl's property. It is a lovely and comfortable home in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, convenient to Sarasota and Siesta Key. We were very relaxed in the home, we enjoyed the pool very much, and we loved walking the neighborhood in the evenings. The home is very well equipped and offered all we could have wanted. Karl was very agreeable and friendly and he graciously accommodated our request for a scent-free environment. Everything about our experience was wonderful.

Would highly recommend. Close to the beach, but you have your own private pool, which was wonderful. Host was super easy to work with and very accommodating!

our house is very spacious (3+3) with private pool ( our pool is not heated) , perfect fit for your family vacation
very safe spot, so you can really enjoy any outdoor activities [for example morning walking or jogging], walking distance to awesome Phillippi Creek harbor , where you can take your boat, jet ski or paddle board and relax by the water side
