This tiny house and property was great! Rick was great and easy to work with, we saw a ton of wildlife, including moose, and the house was really homey. Highly recommended.

This is the BEST place to stay in the Washington State area and beyond!If you desire a beautiful, relaxing, and close to nature area for a break or a vacation, this is the place you need to stay at!It’s always clean, well looked after, and the host knows how to take care of you very well! It’s our choice destination on an annual basis. It’s great for a short or long stay since it has its own laundry, its own hot tub, and shade from trees that are hundreds years old. We are already looking forward to our next stay in 2027!

The property was great! The host Rick has thought of everything!! We enjoyed sitting by the river and listening to birds and nature sounds. We saw the little river otter and some deer. We enjoyed the hot tub and massage chairs. The laundry machines really helped too. What a wonderful place to relax and let go. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful property and cute accommadations! Cabin was tiny but great for just the 2 of us. The space was well used to provide anything that may be needed during the stay. It was hot while we were there but the AC worked VERY well. The deck is fabulous to enjoy the nature surrounding the cabin and watch the visiting deer, bunnies and the river otters playing in the river. The swing near the waters edge was my fav place to enjoy morning coffee before starting our days adventures. We brought paddle boards and I had asked a few times before arriving if it was ok to use those right at the property but never received a response to that question. We just took them to another part of the river where we knew it was ok to use them so I am unsure if its ok to play in the river right at the cabin. Maybe the next time it won't be so hot and we would be able to enjoy the hot tub that was on the deck, as I bet its beautiful to soak there with all the natural beauty around. Its also close enough to any shopping or food/drink places making it easy to pick up forgotten items.It was a very serene setting and we would absolutely stay again if in that area! This was a great find for us and was exactly what we were looking for! Thank you for providing a wonderful experience!

Quaint cabin in a great location. Very clean

We stayed here in April. I bet it is beautiful in the summer. The cabin is comfortable and very clean. The hot tub with a view of the river was great.

Relaxing birthday weekend

My wife and I spent three days here to celebrate my birthday and it was fantastic. The tiny home is well appointed and was super cozy. Check-in was easy and the property is exactly as described. If you are looking for a secluded place to relax, look no further.

Quiet escape

The house was absolutely all that a body needs to feel cozy. Very clean and cute. The location right near the water was a heavenly way to enjoy river otters, geese and ducks, along with other wildlife.

We had a wonderful stay at the tiny house on the Little Spokane River. The setting was peaceful and relaxing, a perfect retreat. Rick was very helpful upon check-in, taking the time to show us how everything in the home worked and sharing great information about the area. My only regret is not having more time to simply enjoy the tranquility of the house and its beautiful surroundings. I would definitely recommend this spot and look forward to coming back.

Peaceful- Ahh, the swing by the river

Just enough space and very peaceful and relaxing. This property provided everything we needed for our short stay. We were joined daily by deer and bunnies on the property and we also got to see a river otter and a bull moose!

It's tiny, but cozy!

Great location and beautiful setting! We ate all of our meals and had our morning coffee outside on the deck every day of our stay. Close enough to the city to not be a hassle, but far enough to feel like a true getaway! Host was very nice had lots of useful tips for things to do and see.

A wonderful getaway!

We had a lovely time at the tiny cabin. Even with crazy high temps outside, it stayed nice and cool inside. It was small but had everything we needed. We loved taking walks and seeing wildlife - tons of deer and bunnies, plus we saw many types of birds and a marmot. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to our very hospitable host and transaction coordinator!

Spring Break

We decided to check out Spokane for our Spring Break and had a wonderful vacation staying at the cabin. It was serene, peaceful and so very relaxing. Fully loaded kitchen and Costco nearby so we cooked all of our dinners and enjoyed great lunches around town. Great for kids too, a media room with access to Disney and Netflix, plenty of back yard fun and a swing too! We loved our stay!

Hidden Oasis

Beautiful little cottage right on the little Spokane River! Rick was wonderful with communication and the cottage was beautiful. The little details were all there including personal robes! This was our second time renting from Rick and we will be back! Thank you again!

Aug2024 Tiny House Getaway

This was one of the BEST vacations we've had! The tiny house was clean and perfectly ready for our arrival. We loved the nearness to the Little Spokane River, and to ability to enjoy a coffee right by the river and relax along with the scenery, the birds, and the calming atmosphere! The booking process, and the communication with the ownership was excellent. We highly recommend the tiny house for all types of travelers and vacationers! We look forward ourselves to returning this incredible spot!
