Thirty minutes to Coeur d' Alene beach, lots of restaurants 5 minutes away with lots of parks and trails a stone's throw from this comfortable south hill neighborhood

Place is large, there is lots of room. Comfortable beds, there is not a full kitchen but adequate kitchen tools to make meals. Owner is very nice.

Good place for relax. Everything was great. Some little things would improve this stay in future. We didn’t find hairdryer, and we couldn’t use the key locker properly. We wasted our time for closing the door. I believe that little issues will be fixed soonest.

Not a bad place to stay. It has 2 good sized bedrooms with decent beds. The hidabeds were OK. Over all it was fine. The unit could be really nice if cleaned better, minor repairs done and a few items in the kitchen didn't work well. The furniture was OK. Could be nice with better chairs and a little more TLC. I don't think we will stay there again. Mostly because it was farther from our gathering than planned and my GPS had a hard time getting us there. Not the owners fault at all.

This property was an absolutely ideal location for the South Hill agenda of activities we needed to attend. Not totally spotless, but not being overly fussy, it was totally fine for us, especially where it mattered most with clean linens and bathroom facilities, and basic kitchen amenities provided, Timothy was a gem to visit with in regard to any communication that transpired between us, and had door unlocked and ready for our arrival. One suggestion that might be helpful to future guests considering this property would be to give it an updated "photo op" for the VRBO listing. Maybe pics that would also include kitchen, bathroom and dining areas. I don't think what listing currently shows really does it justice on showing just how spacious it is. We did struggle a bit with the key to the door lock & key lockbox combo, so from a "maintenance" standpoint it might be beneficial to invest in an upgrade here to make it more "user friendly". : ) Nonetheless, if the need should arise, we would not hesitate in booking this property in the future; we found very comfortable accommodations!

This is the second time we've stayed at this location, and it has been a consistently comfortable, easy to find place at a great value. The host is very communicative and welcoming.

We found this apartment perfectly fine for the two nights we stayed there. The location was almost walking distance from our relative we were there to visit. We were grateful to find a dog-friendly place to stay in Spokane. Thanks for that. The steps down to get to the door were a little awkward, tho, especially for an older person (like me!).

Quite, Clean, full Kitchen Essentials.

We were 5 adults . We used 2 bedrooms & 2.convertible couches in the Living Room .We cooked breakfast using 2-HotPlates - 1-sausage, 1- Eggs. Good sized Refrigerator. The Stay was comfortable, the price was right, the Owner was very nice. It is a good place to stay for events & points of interest.

Great place to stay while visiting friends and family. It was clean, simple, and comfortable with all needs met. The WiFi works well, the bed is big and comfortable (assuming both, I can only speak for the one I used), and it’s reasonably priced. The neighborhood was also nice for walking around my dog. It is an apartment on the bottom floor so you will hear others existing around you, but it was truly nothing out of the ordinary if you’ve stayed or lived in apartments or have spent much time in a city. The hosts were friendly and offer a nice place to stay! Definitely would stay again next time I’m in the area.

Nice place to stay

Everything was great. Only improvement id recommend, is a newer hot plate for cooking. It was old and was difficult to get a pan hot.

Basement apartment in Spokane

OK, for the most part. Location was very convenient. Bed linens smelled musty. And the people upstairs stomped around every morning at about 5:30, which was very frustrating.

Basement Reno in Process

Host was on-site and very hospitable. The rental had just been renovated and a couple items still had to be done. Great for a short stay. Kitchenette for warming items. Great neighborhood.

In town for a concert

The space was great for our family of 4 +2 dogs. Easy check-in/check-out and the host was very easy to reach when needed. Would love to see an outdoor space and it looks like that project is planned/in progress. If our travels bring us back to Spokane we will look for this property again. Would be great to have a guest book—we found some fun dog-friendly places to visit nearby and would have liked to share with future guests.

Perfect for a short trip!

We can for a weekend wedding. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids! Highly recommend! Not ADA though. You have to walk down some awkward stairs to get to the door. The kids thought it was so fun!
