Welcome to your paw-some mountain hideaway! Nestled just a hop, skip, and a jump across the street from the Little Eagle ski area, our pet-tacular 1-bedroom resort condo is ready to make your Mammoth Lakes getaway legendary!

This condo’s been freshly glammed up with a brand-new kitchen that’s got sleek granite countertops and cabinets so spacious, you’ll feel like a top chef with all the room to create culinary masterpieces (or just whip up a hot cocoa, we won’t judge). The dining area features a pull-out couch with a Tempurpedic mattress for those extra cozy Zzz's after an epic day on the slopes.

Got kiddos? Or a couple of adult-sized bed hogs? The bunk area is perfect for everyone looking to crash in comfort. And when nature calls, you’ve got a pristine bathroom, plus in-unit laundry, so you can keep your snow gear fresh all week long!

Step outside your condo and you’re living the resort dream! Your all-access pass includes a gym, spa, sauna, pool, tennis courts, BBQ areas, and underground parking! No need to wait around for shuttles—you’re literally across the street from Little Eagle. Hello, convenience!

And for those with four-legged friends, we roll out the red carpet for your pups! We’re dog-friendly with a small $200 pet fee (max 2 dogs), but please make sure your fur babies are well-behaved—because if they get a little too wild, you might get a surprise cleaning fee.

Please note that condos in Mammoth do not have A/C. It doesn't get hot enough here. Opening the windows will cool it right down. BBQ's are only available in the Summer time. If your stay is longer than 2 weeks, there will be an extra $150 cleaning fee added on after you book.
