Comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located at Sunshine Village in Mammoth Lakes, near the Sierra Star Golf Course and shuttle route to Eagle Lodge. Sleeps up to 4 guests and is approximately 800 sq. ft. Pet-friendly.

This ground-floor unit is all on one level for easy access. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while a separate sleeping alcove includes a set of twin bunk beds. Please note: there is no sofa sleeper in this unit.

The living room includes a flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove (wood provided). The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, and the dining area provides space for meals and gatherings. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Guests enjoy access to Sunshine Village's community amenities, including a recreation room with billiards, ping pong, and video games, as well as a summertime heated pool, spa, BBQ areas, and tennis court. Laundry facilities are available on-site with QR code instructions on the machines.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided; however, no refunds are given for connectivity issues.

While slightly dated in accommodations, the property provided an excellent stay. Perfect in-between proximity to the village and downtown. Kitchen has all the tools necessary for cooking and dining. You can't go wrong with a stay here.

Great location near all the hikes-which was most important to me. Great amenities and firewood provided, clean kitchen to cook in, and best of all pet friendly!Only thing is if a family is occupying the upstairs unit, their footsteps can be quite loud and boisterous. Thankfully that was the case only one of the day/nights.

Really great area, in the middle of Mammoth. Clean condo and it was great they allow pets. Checking in and getting the keys was a super simple process.

The condo was very clean and provided all of the amenities that we needed. We appreciate that it was pet-friendly. It’s very close to town and the village and we enjoyed riding our bikes everywhere. The jacuzzi, pool and tennis/pickleball courts were very clean. Coin laundry is on-site. One thing to note is the thin walls…this isn’t the fault of the rental company, so I didn’t deduct any stars. This is a bottom unit, and the unit above us had 3 young children staying there. They ran from room to room and had the occasional tantrum, and we heard it all.

Condo worked well for us, good location, quiet and fairly clean. Bathroom is small, but functional. There is a little mildew around the tub and the door track for the shower leaks a bit.

This place was super great! Very spacious for four people. The kitchen was fully stocked. The fireplace was super nice, plus the wood on the back porch. Only things that needed a little help was the screen door wouldn’t slide and the bathroom sink made a weird noise. If you’re a light sleeper just hope you don’t have upstairs neighbors because the floors on thin and it can get noisy.

Welcome to pets, very communicative, check-in easy. The place was very bare bones (ex: had to buy coffee, etc.) and out of date, but great location and easy stay.

Love this place and location! This is our second time staying here! My hubby’s only complaint is the shower head. It’s made for people 5’3 and shorter lol other than that we love this rental! Comfy bed! Cozy living room and great fire place.

Great complex great location

We’ve stayed in different condos in this complex many times and the facilities are great. Nice jacuzzi and saunas, which is key after a long day on the mountain. The green line stops literally across the street and you’re at Eagle Lodge in 5 minutes. Can’t beat that.

Perfect spot

This condo was in the perfect spot for us to get to the new indoor ice rink for my son’s hockey tournament. It was just what we needed for the weekend and just enough space for us to chill and hang out. It snowed our last night there and the kids loved the fact that they could walk outside and play in it.

Pet and kid friendly

Condo is floor plan is convenient as well as complex. Wide outdoor space, pool and tennis. Picnic table and BBQ right outside the door! Place could use some very basic inexpensive improvements. Bunk beds mattresses are very thin ( best for under 100lbs). Bring your own pots and pans if you like to cook.

Great location with basic needs

Overall an acceptable condo. Interior is dated but functional. The shower had serious issues. Shower head much too short, shortage of hot water and the bathtub needs to be replaced. No towels were provided for the hot tub.

Overall, not bad.

Great location. Nice and quiet. Easy check-in. Overall, not bad. My main gripe is identical to what other reviewers have stated: the curtains are pretty much useless. They don’t really offer privacy anywhere in the condo because they don’t overlap. This goes for the bedroom and living room.

Not again

Dirty, disorganized and dark. The watering time coincided with the 4:00 check in so it made for a wet entrance. Also, I had to clean up someone else’s pet dried urine.

Good location, Good facilities, Terrible WiFi

The property was as advertised, with a couple of bonuses. The games room, hot tub and sauna was better than expected. The kids had fun there. Pros: location, parking, comfortable space, TV and sound, fireplace, adequate kitchen stuff - was able to cook every night, game room, hot tub, sauna. Cons: Floors (ground floor) are freezing - bring slippers! Some of the pots need to be replaced (peeling teflon is not the healthiest option). Not too well noise-insulated from neighbors. WiFi and Verizon service was dreadful.

Great with a few kinks

The property is accurately described on the website and was clean overall considering pets are allowed, which I really appreciate. The location is also great. However, there was dirt in the drawers in the bedroom and some other minor cleaning issues. I really wish there would have been a vacuum cleaner available in the unit. My main reservation though is that I was not told that the laundry room was going to be closed due to Covid. We would have brought more clothes. Instead we had to go to a public Laundromat which from a Covid point of view was even more unsafe and surprisingly expensive.
