Fully appointed and furnished in a modern decor, this is the vacation home you’ve been waiting for. Unique for its layout, this 1-bedroom unit will sleep seven people by utilizing a trundle bed tucked under the bottom bunk bed. The kitchen features an open design to provide more room for your relaxation. In this unit there is a full-size refrigerator, cook top stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to all your family meals. The master bedroom and the living room both have a large, flat-panel TVs and are equipped with DVD players. All Sundestin units, balconies and common areas are smoke-free. The property offers a smoking area for our guests who smoke to use during their stay. ** Please be aware that SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing a property renovation. Some of the pools may be closed.

great stay

everything was great. the property was clean the staff and guests were friendly. The only feedback is the physical address of the property was a little challenging to find in the confirmation email. other than that everything else was great. thank you!!

Great Location and View

Carol made renting her unit a very carefree and enjoyable experience. The unit has a great view directly overlooking the powdery white sand beach and crystal clear emerald waters. From the balcony we enjoyed watching dolphins, pelicans, and rays, as well as great sunrises and sunsets. The development has two pools, and a nice large hot tub outside overlooking the beach. Our favorite restaurant (Back Porch) is only a short walk down the beach. We would come back, and recommend this unit to both couples and families with children.

Great Oceanfront views!

We loved our stay at Sundestin. We loved being on the 17th floor with morning waterviews! The resort is fantastic with beach service (food/drinks) and chair/umbrella rentals. We couldn't recommend staying here anymore! Thanks!

1st time snowbirds

Our condo facing the beach was great. At first I thought that being on the 17th floor may be to high for me, but it was an absolutely amazing view. Very easy to watch the dolphins swimming by. Now I won't stay below the 10th floor. Although there is a busy street out front, one gets use to dealing with the traffic. Next stay, I think we'll go for a 2 bedroom, 2 full baths. The 1/2 baths are pretty small and a 2nd bedroom would give us more closet space. We'll be coming back next year!

Beautiful views and great place to stay

I thought the place was even better than the pictures showed. Our family of four loved it. The view was just amazing! We were very happy with our stay.

Incredible location

Ms. Carol was amazing. The location is exactly as listed and we were very comfortable. Slept 6 people. Incredible view. I will be returning next year !

Fantastic!

Worst part of trip was leaving! Great place to stay. Kind courteous staff, excellent condo, clean, everything you need is at hand. Roomy enough for the three of us. View to die for. Watched dolphin pods go up beach in the morning down beach in the evening! We will be back next year guaranteed!

We enjoyed our stay at your condo. We appreciate the cleanliness and that everything worked. The view was spectacular. Sun Destin is very family friendly. The kids liked the indoor heated pool.

Great View!

The condo was clean and absolutely beautiful! Being on the 17th floor led to having a great view. The only downside is the wifi. The signal was not very strong or consistent. Carol was quick in her responses and the staff was amazingly helpful. It was a great trip!

Would give this resort 5 stars!

The condo was perfect for us, view was magnificent, location was wonderful, and it was spotlessly clean! We even watched 2 weddings on the beach from our balcony! WiFi was a little spotty at times. But loved that the photos of the condo were accurate, we would definitely return! Great weekend getaway!

Met expectations

The property is as the pictures show. It is on the 17th floor with a stunning view of the gulf. The property is geared towards vacationers and family’s and provides plenty of alternate beach activities. One thing to be mindful of are the beach chair/umbrella rules. I was only there for 1 afternoon, there are only certain types of umbrellas allowed and those are not allowed in front of the rented chairs etc. I was there for about an hour before the rental period ended and there were about 2 or 3 “I’m sorry, but you can’t” conversations. but that is no bearing on the actual condo... plenty of towels, ceiling fans, a/c worked well, nicely decorated, and great views for evening wind down or morning ramp up.

Great rental

Property this just as advertised. it is very clean and everything worked well. it has plenty of space, the beds are comfortable and the view is great. we had no problems whatsoever with anything. check in, elevators (spent no more than a minute waiting and riding), noise, parking, weather, and everything else was all perfect. Didn't use the DVD rental, pools, or Jacuzzi so can't comment on those. The beach is clean and with powdery sand. Borrowed a volley from the umbrella guys without issues.
