Very Disappointed

AC broken upon arrival. Property mgmt. aware prior but we weren’t advised until after check in 6pm. Furniture old and uncomfortable. Beds were old and hard. Lamps not working in living room. Curtain rods broken in living room and master bedroom. This place needs a lot of TLC. I will stay at the resort again but not this condo.

Great View

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It has adequate seating inside and outside on the patio. It had enough pots, pans, plates, cups and silverware. It was a clean space and even had beach toys for the kids.

Sterling Shores is an awesome vacation get away!!

I truly enjoyed vacationing here. The property is beautiful, spacious, and cleanl!! I will definitely return. This property is adjacent to stores, restaurants, the Harbor, and so much more. My family and I felt safe at this property. Thank you for your hospitality!!

Lovely condo

We evacuated from New Orleans for the hurricane Francine and it was perfect. Nice , clean and the location was perfect. We will definitely rent this condo in the future!

Family getaway

Home away from home

We love staying at Sterling Shores every year. This condo was great. Only complaint was, there was no salt and pepper. 😂 Quick trip to dollar tree. Thanks again Sterling Shores for the great memories.

Amazing view

We stayed a long weekend there and the room was amazing. It was very close to the beach and had an amazing view. Saw dolphins playing in the ocean every morning.

We Enjoyed

We enjoyed our stay, it was spacious enough for our group of 9. The view from the balcony was amazing! We enjoyed the pool each day! The walk to the beach is short and beach is amazing. There was weird smell that we couldn’t get rid of from the moment we walked in but other than that, everything was great!

(Sterling shores resort) Destin Fl

Everything was nice until I walked in the bathroom inside of the bedroom I was sleeping in and found so much hair in the shower. I was very disappointed. I didn’t tell none of my family members that stayed with me at the resort because I didn’t want no problems so I cleaned it up before they went in there

We will be back!

From reservation to departure, our trip was flawless. The condo was clean and impressive. We had everything we needed and never even had to make contact with anyone. The pool was clean and large. The restaurant across the street is one of the best we had all ever had and quickly became our go to spot. 10 stars for this property!

Great vacation with friends!

We had a great time in this property in mid March 2022! The unit fit us nicely and we spent a to. Of time on the big balcony! We had two families, with 4 boys total. The bunk room was great for the boys. The primary bedroom was also great and spacious. The other room with the full room was pretty tight on space. Found the furniture to be comfortable overall. The place could use some cosmetic updates, but nothing too serious.

Perfect location

This was the perfect location for our bachelorette party. View was beautiful to wake up to and take morning walks. We were in short distance to harbor and entertainment. Highly recommend. 10/10

Nice view and location; time for condo to be renovated

Really great view and large balcony. The beach is close but not much room to spread out. Rented chairs and umbrellas take up front part of beach even if they aren’t occupied. So it’s tight. We ended up going to the nearby state park our second day to have more distance from our neighbors. As for the condo, we were there three nights. The condo was not ready at check in, and we had to wait almost an hour. The kitchen, dining, living and master rooms are large and spacious. The other two bedrooms are tight. I was glad we didn’t have many in our party—just a family of four. I think two families would have been crowded. It is time for the condo to have a refresh. The carpet is really dated, and the mattresses are old. The entire condo needs to be repainted. Overall, I would say we had a good time. The Sterling Shores property was fine with the two pools and beach, but we’re not planning to stay at this property anytime in the near future. I do think the property needed a bit more care in terms of cleanliness. The stairs were not swept the entire time we were there, and there was trash and food droppings on the steps. The bathrooms and pool were clean.

Beautiful view

Destin is beautiful and we love it here. This is our 2nd time staying at sterling shores this time a larger condo. The grounds are pretty and a nice location.

Great time

Great time , great place … my only issue was the 2nd bedroom was super small. Other than that it worked for us . We had 2 families, total of 10 and never felt cramped.
