Quiet and away from the lower level noise. Wonderful balcony view, very comfortable bed, and conveniently located. Will definitely book again!

As far as the host they were absolutely amazing in every way. I couldn’t ask for anyone more helpful than these two. As far as the resort, the only thing I had a problem was with the beach. If you wanted front row seats of the beach you had to rent in advance seats from the resort. If you had your own chairs, you had to seat behind the resort chairs. Like four rows back of 100 chairs. So if you like the view of umbrella and chairs then you have an amazing view. lol.

This property was amazing it was clean fully stocked with everything you could or should need and the hosts were so quick to respond and super friendly and the tiki bar was awesome will come back again

The condo was situated perfectly as the sun never shown directly into the room making it hot and having to close the drapes and miss out on the view. Since you are on the 17th floor, you're able to see how far the sand bar goes out as the water is crystal clear. The unit kept a constant comfortable temperature even though the heat index was 110 on average daily! Would we stay here again? Absolutely!! What are YOU waiting for??

Everything was wonderful about our stay!!! The owners of the specific unit were so quick to respond and helped us out so much! The property was perfect and everything about the condo itself was wonderful!!! Will definitely be booking again.

Greg and Missy were very respinsive throughout the whole process and easy to work with. The property was easy to find and the check in was easy. The view from the balcony was great along with balcony seating. The pool(s) and hot tubs were nice. The bed was comfortable the kitchen was updated and set up with various pots and pans, coffee maker, keurig, toaster etc. There were also some boogie boards and items to use at the beach, in the closet. There were a few things that needed attention which I let the owners know about. We had 4 adults, which worked, but I would have preferred a 2 bedroom to allow for more privacy since the bedroom is on the non beach side and the orher couple was on the couch by the beach side. The elevators are close by the unit and pretty fast. And the garbage shoot not far from the room either.

The location and property were perfect for our family. I would recommend this condo for its comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, cleanliness and the view from the balcony. We watched dolphins from the balcony and our kids loved it!

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. Listing was accurate. The owners communicated quickly qhen i had questions prior to booking. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The view was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

The property is very nice and in a good place, sits back from the road with good security. The tiki bar is really nice and convenient. The room is nice but it’s a rental and you can easily tell, we had a few problems but the host addressed them. The entrance door could use a little work but that’s my biggest complaint. We have rented here a couple of times which we wouldn’t do if we didn’t like the place very well. The beach gets a little crowded because it’s such a big resort but the beach and ocean are wonderful. They also have pretty good pillows which is unusual.

Perfect beach view! Balcony was perfect to start the day listening to the waves, reading a book with a cup of coffee. Check-in at the front desk was smooth. Condo was clean. Only thing missing was tissues but that was an easy pickup at the grocery store. Both pools were nice. Being able to book beach chairs and umbrella in advance was convenient.

This is our second time at Pelican and both times we stayed in this condo. Love the spot and the view. Hosts are great and the condo is as advertised. If I had any complaints, there is only one small hottub open after dark, and even though towels are not allowed to hold a pool chair, everyone does. No one is at the pool at 10 AM, yet there was a towel on every chair. The resort could do a better job enforcing the rules.
