Honestly the only thing that didn't make this property excellent is the rug (it's seen better days) and overall the Fontainebleau needs to be upgraded. Excellent location. Daily maid service excellent. Property has all you need. I would stay again.

Technical issues

The hotel is poorly run and the service was so slow. I don’t know if I would come back. Though the property owner was amazing with quick responses. Housekeeping is a disaster as well as any services provided by the hotel. It needs more staff and people willing to work.

Another stay at Sorento Tower

The room was just as described. The hotel’s cleaning crew does an ok job, but could be doing a better job. The room had plates, glasses, silverware, etc. The room itself needs an upgrade, but that is the case with other rooms at the resort. Time for a facelift. The resort itself is still nice and clean. The service was good everywhere, except for the first day check in. It seemed like the person who checked me in, just came from the street and never worked at this resort before, she could not answer a single question. Beach service is top rate. Overall our stay was very pleasant and issue free. I recommend renting through this property management group.

Excellent service and accommodations. Everything we needed and expected was in the suite when we arrived. Arrival time was confirmed and we were greeted by the guest host, keys and paperwork was quickly taken care of and we were lead to our room. View from the room was beautiful and we could see the beach and one of the pools. Impressive property, I will definitely stay here again.

Overall Good Experience

Overall stay was pleasant. A few minor issues in the room, but they were quickly fixed. Room isn’t really an ocean view room, but we didn’t care for the view. Check-in took a while because the check in for Sorento and Tresor towers are combined to just one small check-in area, so there was a lot of waiting. Some of the staff were extremely rude, but some were incredibly kind. Would definitely stay again
