There has been a slight change to the check in process for upcoming reservations. You will now check in at the Owner Services Desk on the 7th floor, and a representative From MAK Realty team will meet you in the lobby to assist with the process and ensure a smooth arrival. Please note that Owner services desk closes at 7:00 PM. If you arrive after 6:30 PM, you may need to check in at the front desk, and the hotel will charge $75 late check in fee to your account at checkout.

One-time transient reservation fee: $16.50 upon arrival

Also, please note that a credit card is required to check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day. if no charges are made to the suite during your stay, the full amount will be credited back to your card after check out.
