We absolutely loved this property and its location! The pergola over the pool kept it so refreshing and shady to enjoy the back patio area. So breezy and beautiful. Kids loved paddle boarding and kayaking the canal. House was clean and comfortable. We utilized the beach chairs, umbrella and floats each day. Very nice to have. Leola was super helpful and very communicative. Pelican beach close by is perfection! Would definitely stay at I. Land Time again!

This was the best place to stay! The host, Leola, gave great food and beach recommendations and was very responsive to all of our questions. She even came to the house late at night to help us start the outside grill when we could not figure it out. I would highly recommend this house if you want to stay on the water with easy access for kayaking and a great view.

The cottage is in a nice spot. Unfortunately the hot water heater stopped working for two days-the concierge was effective and lovely with all concerns.

We appreciate having you and wish you had told us about the hot water on the first day you noticed the change, but, we are also proud to report that once we were notified on check-out day, it was replaced with 2.5 hours before the incoming guest. Amazing stay!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property! The view was amazing and the kitchen well stocked. We loved the use of the kayaks and the refreshing pool. Would definitely come back!

Spring break fun

We had a lovely stay in this house. Loved being right in the water for easy kayak or paddle board trips. The outdoor space makes the house the perfect family getaway spot.

Great stay

The house was in excellent conditions and it was perfect for my family vacation! The team managing the property is extremely professional and assisted us through-out our stay. The house was well equipped and had everything you might need.

Great home on beautiful canal!

The location private yet close enough to all great adventures Provo has to offer. We enjoyed the pool, kayaks and bikes. Home was very clean and our property manager offered excellent suggestions to make our trip more enjoyable! Highly recommend This property!!

Beautiful home -beautiful location

We loved our stay at I. Land Time. The house/property is beautiful and convenient. The pool, kayaks and paddle boards were total bonuses. Highly recommend.

Perfect Stay

I Land Time was a perfect house for our family of 4. Size, bedrooms, the pool and location were perfect! We enjoyed the outdoor space and the kayaks, paddle boards and bikes were a great way to stay busy and explore the area. Charlene was great and was very responsive. The house had all the amenities we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

60th celebration

My friends and i had a great time staying at this property. It provided us with all we needed to have a wonderful time. We kayaked out to the open water and saw plenty of sea turtles and stopped at private beaches. We loved having the bikes to check out the area and run for coffee. Highly recommend this home.

Heaven for swimmers !

Tidy house, well located. You need a car of course to get to the beaches & restaurants. Access to the channel system is THE highlight. Took an extensive swim every morning - AWESOME !

Perfect in every way!

The house is clean, the views are beautiful and the location is excellent. The neighborhood felt very safe and was a short driving distance to everything. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of towels (beach & bath), the beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi was strong….I can not think of one thing to change or improve. This was the perfect spot. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay for our 15th anniversary

This is a cute villa over in the leeward area. It was everything we needed and a little more. pool was the perfect temp and we loved kayaking. Sadly we didn't see any turtles though. Leola was very helpful and so sweet. Even helped us when our rental car wouldn't start on the last day. Great proximity to Grace Bay as well!

Honeymoon!

My husband and I have been to TCI before but wanted to stay somewhere new and private. This villa went above and beyond our expectations. Clean, incredible views, so much to do...pool, corn hole, kayak with the sea Turtles, bike, the list goes on! Shenequa was an amazing host and had great communication throughout our stay. We're planning next year's trip back here already! Thanks again for a perfect honeymoon!

Very nice and comfortable Villa!

The property is awesome! Loved using the pool and outdoor shower. Nice pergola over part of the pool to stay in the shade. Nice canal front. Fun kayaking the canals and around to the other side! Shenequa, the property manager was very responsive and helpful with tips about the island and things to do. Would highly recommend.

Rest and Relaxation

We loved this property. It had everything we needed. Any issues that came up was handled immediately. We loved having access to the stand up paddle boards and kayaks. We used them every day and the canals had a little activity with boats so no concern when kids went out. We saw lots of sea turtles as well. Great place and highly recommend it.

Perfect in paradise

I Land Time is the perfect get away for a couple or a family of four. The location is close to everything, but also away from it all. It’s just a quick 5-10 minute drive to Grace Bay! We loved having access to the kayaks to paddle the canal and even go exploring on the ocean. The pool was great too and even provided a bit of shade. Communication with the host was super easy and fast. Highly recommend!

I little slice of Heaven :)

I Land Time Villa was a perfect choice to spend a week in Providenciales !! Management, very clean, lovey outdoor living area, on the canal, kayaks, bikes, full kitchen, great location are a few words to describe this wonderful villa. We also enjoyed the beautiful Christmas Palm trees with the red Bougainvillea flowers throughout the property. We truly enjoyed our stay and will return in the future !! Thank you I Land Time :)))

Charming Canal Home

My family of 4, plus my father-in-law just stayed at I-Land Time Villa over Christmas break. The property has very comfortable beds & pillows. We all slept amazingly well. Being on the canal was amazing to kayak over to the mangroves, iguana island etc. We also loved the location. Within 5 minutes of Graceway Gourmet & Salt Mills Plaza for many restaurant options. Sunset beach was so close & awesome for shelling. We love TCI & will definitely recommend this property to friends & family!

Turks and Caicos did not disappoint!

Perfect location and size for our family of 3! Very clean villa - the outdoor area was amazing! (Pool a little cold). We played corn hole every night! Only 2 bikes so we were disappointed at first but not many safe places to bike ride anyway. Leeward Settlement is the perfect area to stay in when visiting Turks! Would definitely go back!!

A wonderful time at this amazing villa !!

I Land Time villa was way beyond our expectations !! This colorful brand new villa had everything , private pool , outdoor bar , outdoor shower , kayaks, stand up boards, snorkel gear, full kitchen , very comfortable beds , and most important that island feel !!! And probably the coolest thing was taking the kayaks and stand up boards off the private dock to the market to have coffee in the morning or lunch in the day its maybe a 10 minute paddle. I would highly recommend I Iand Time to anyone coming to the Turks and Caicos Islands.
