Excellent location. Flat was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Host was very friendly and attentive and clearly wanted us to enjoy our stay.

The reviews are spot on! Mark’s flat is wonderful. It was perfect for us - beautifully designed and furnished. Mark was so quick to respond to any questions we had. It’s a few minutes walk to Sloane Square and the tube station. Perfect in every way!

Everything about the property was as advertised. It is within 5minutes walk of the Tube system and in a very wonderful, safe vibrant shopping district. The steps down to the property can be tricky carrying packages, but it is a minor issue compared to the benefits of being centrally located to London's best area. We would return to the property anytime.

Well situated flat for getting around London. Nice to come back to after being out all day. Mark was an excellent communicator and extremely flexible to an earlier check-in etc. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend.

Mark was great and very quickly responded to any of our questions etc…location was excellent and the property is very well stocked as well. Would totally recommend this property!

Absolutely lovely. All the comforts of home. Mark explained everything well at check in and gave us some great travel tips. Great location, quiet place with 2 bathrooms, washer & dryer, dishwasher and a soaking bathtub! The tube and bus stops are close. Lots of restaurants and stores in easy walking distance. Highly recommend.

This was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. Mark thought of everything you might need. He was also proactive before we arrived making sure we would be comfortable. His artwork and furnishings made it very cozy. The street is quiet and very pleasant to walk around. Sloan Square is convenient and made it easy to get around the city. We highly recommend Mark!

Great flat in perfect location! The owners have made use of every square inch of flat. Finishing are first class, Lots of thoughtful touches to make stay more comfortable- power converters, great fans (very comfortable even during heatwave) milk, coffee, cookies on arrival. You can tell you are staying in a place that was likely once the home of owners vs. strictly a rental, everything perfectly equipped- all furniture very comfortable. Communication with host was great. Lots of good local suggestions. Worth nothing, the stairs are steep but doable. Older guests might have trouble but it was fine for our family. Would definitely stay again.

Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The place was perfect in an amazing location. It felt safe and was close to the tube station. Would definitely recommend.

Our family had an excellent stay in Chelsea Charm! Location was very central to all the sights of London, and the neighborhood around was great to end every day exploring. The flat had plenty of space for our family, and was well stocked with coffee, cream, and basic amenities on the bathroom. Mark was super responsive as a host, answering any questions we had within minutes and offering many suggestions for groceries and dinner. We would definitely stay at again if returning to London!

Mark was very responsive and the apartment was clean and very central to get around chelsea and all the excursions we had planned. It is a basement unit with some stairs to navigate but laundry access was great and no complaints.

This was a fantastic place to stay in London. The host, Mark, was extremely communicative and helpful. He let us check in early! We had everything we needed in the flat; the kitchen was fully stocked and then some. It's so close to a lot of things, very convenient to groceries, shopping, food, and the tube and busses. But the street itself was very quiet. Good beds and pillows! It's compact, but we'll laid out and our family had no issues with space. We loved our stay and would definitely go back again. Highly recommend.
