Beautifully furnished, beach-themed 600 sq ft condo. I’m not an agent and take great pride to have you stay at my home away from home when I’m not using it! Sleeps 6. Bedrooms sleep 4 (1 queen, 2 twins) and a comfortable sleeper sofa adds room for 2 more. Perfect for a family with children. Free parking in front of the unit for one car, Additional parking at nearbygarage at your expense. Fully equipped kitchen incl microwave, cable TVs in all rooms with DVD player in living room, sand toys and a beach cart for use during your stay. Free secure high speed Wi-fi. The ocean, the Boardwalk, amusements, shopping, playgrounds and popular restaurants/bars are all within easy walking distance. Cross Atlantic Ave and the ocean awaits you! Be right in the center of the action, 8 blocks to main concert stage on 1st St which means it can get a little noisy even at nighttime when people are out and about. You are on the top floor of the 2-level condo with 3 adjacent units so you may hear noise from neighbors and I ask you be respectful of your sounds. Very close to the Vibe District, Ocean Breeze Water Park, the Aquarium, the new athletic field house and Convention Center. We are also a few miles away from our US Navy’s Norfolk Air Station so you will be able to see and hear many of our Navy pilots fly jets over the ocean! Excellent reviews represent my commitment to do all I can to make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

Such beautiful decore and had everything we needed from beach chairs to toys and board games! Only 1 block from the beach and close to everything.Parking is tight for big cars and trucks but we did not have any issues

Close access to the beach and numerous restaurants. Wish we had time for a longer stay but would definitely stay here again. The location, cleanliness and responsiveness of the host were excellent.

This property was great! It had everything we needed and was right next to the beach. We are a family of five, and it was enough room for all of for almost an entire week. The beach supplies were a wonderful addition since we walked to the beach almost every day and had never been to Virginia. Little things we ran into needing were stocked as well, my son hurt his foot and we found a first aid kit and peroxide easily. The condo stayed cool and we had no complaints on temperature or noise. Was close to everything we wanted to do. Minor issues were quickly resolved with the host and much appreciated! We had an excellent family vacation!

Our room was very clean. The queen size bed was very comfortable. It was very close to the beach. Just walk around the corner, up the road a bit and you're at the beach. The central air was very nice in every room, very comfortable. Our host, Mary Ann was wonderful. We didn't need to contact her. We didn't have any problems. Lots of shops and restaurants around the area and our host left some wonderful suggestions for all these things also. We had a great time at Virginia Beach.

Overall lovely long weekend stay a block away from Virginia Beach! Our host was so communicative and was able to adjust our stay due to a last minute work emergency. Such a smooth and easy process checking-in and extending our time there. The host had loads of extra beach chairs and tools for the kiddos, and the check-out expectations were clear when preparing to leave. Exceptionally clean space extra booklets with activities and maps definitely helped us plan a fulfilling trip! We overall loved our stay and plan to visit again!!

Great location and easy access to the boardwalk. Beds were very comfortable and awesome air conditioning which is critical during Va Beach summers! The entire condo was very clean and not too cluttered which maximizes the space. We would absolutely come back here for another visit..

We were very pleased with the condo. It is very conveniently located, with plenty of restaurants around. It is only a block away from the beach, which made it really easy to go back-and-forth as needed. The condo is very well equipped, and we would not hesitate to go back the next time we go to Virginia Beach.

Great get away

We were in town for a softball tournament and decided to make it a vacation. Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Super close to the beach, lots of amenities and the host was amazing to accommodate to our needs.

Great spot

Easy access to everything and a quick walk to the beach. Unit well taken care of and had lots if tlyou bring kids to do.

Lovely stay in a great location!

Mary Ann was super communicative and made the check in process a breeze! The place was exactly as described and was in a wonderful location just a block from the beach and walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Would definitely recommend!

Vacation stay

After a previous rental cancelled on us I was so grateful Mary Ann's property was available on such short notice. Its in a great location and Mary Ann was very responsive to any question. We'll definitely keep this place in mind the next time we're in VA beach.

The Host was amazing ! The 2 bedroom condo was a perfect location. Only 1 block to beach . Had an amazing vaction to visit old navy friends . Brought my daughter she had a blast as well. Great location and will definately use host again in booking our now 2 year tradition to Virginia Beach and other places

What an amazing stay we had. The condo was in the perfect location for a short walk to the beach. There was tons of food and shopping also walking distance so we didn’t drive after we got there. The condo was very clean and had the best “vacation vibes”! The host was also amazing with communication and any assistance we needed. I would highly recommend staying here. All around a 10/10 and we had the best time!

Thanksgiving 2021

Very comfortable accommodations and close to where we needed to be for Thanksgiving. There was even a full kitchen for us to prepare dishes to take to our host’s condo.

The beach is a special place for us and I'm fortunate to have this condo to enjoy what is always my happy place.

Welcome to my 2nd home and where my shoulders drop the moment I walk in the door. Nothing is better than being at the beach. I've lovingly furnished my condo so that I feel at home when I get there and I share it with you so you can also get the well deserved break you need and time to make memories with those you love. I furnished it with comfortable bedding and a fully equipped kitchen so you can dine in to save money and still get to the beach quickly every day!
