Great location on 89th street. Walk to beach not far and the pathway is great. Beach is wide and uncrowded. The apartment was clean and well appointed. I recommend.

We had a wonderful time at this beach cottage. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen had everything needed to cook. Clean place and definitely nothing but good things to say about the location, right next to the beach in a calm and peaceful neighborhood. Host was easy to reach when needed.Our family loved it and we hope to be back.Great experience overall.

I did reach out via text with no response. It was not a big deal but response would have been great. The beach shed was amazing!!!! Location great! Neighbor was very nice, Patrick, he lent us leaf blower for deck.Deck in need of repair/replacement. Felt like foot might go thru!!

Had a great week vacation in northern VA Beach. This duplex unit was a great little find for an almost last minute trip to the beach. The unit was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, even with the small bit of traffic to the military base. Easy access to the beach which felt almost like a private beach for hours in the morning. No second thoughts to renting this place out again! Just for future tenants to be aware: the bathrooms, while adequate, are a bit tight. If you are a tall person, it makes it a bit uncomfortable. It by no means detracted from our experience, just something to be aware about.

I had no problems at all. Listing was just as mentioned. I never needed to get in contact with the owner and I was never bothered by them either. Nice quiet area, I’d definitely stay again.

Cottage had everything we needed. Kitchen well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean. It’s a short and pretty walk to the beach and close to walking, biking and hiking trails.The host was very helpful and welcoming. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the host!

We had a lovely stay in the beach cottage. Everything was as described, clean and comfortable. The extra use of beach chairs was the icing on the cake. A great place to stay for a long weekend.

Lovely Family Vacation

We loved staying at this cozy cottage! It was just enough space for our family of 4 and a great location by the lighthouse and beach. Everything was provided as stated in the listing and our kids loved taking their buckets of sand toys to the beach, with a very close beach access point. The kids already want to come back!

Cozy and great location!

Located at the very north end of the beach. Great access to the ocean. Two queen beds and a sofa sleeper allowed great flexibility.

VA Beach cottage

A cute cottage that is just a short walk to the beach and away from the traffic of downtown Va beach. It is also close to wildife refuges, which was perfect for us. We are hoping to go back later this year.

Love it here

We love coming here! This is our second year coming and absolutely love it. The place has everything that you need and is perfect walking distant to the beach. We were able to see some dolphins swimming from shore and relax on the beach and on the deck at the house. Thanks for making it a great place to stay!

Cozy place close to the beach

We loved our stay here! The outdoor patio is so cute and the inside is cozy without feeling cramped (except maybe the bathrooms - those are small but we made it work). The kitchen is super roomy and we LOVE the location! It’s in a quiet, private neighborhood and the walk to the beach takes less than 5 mins. We had a great week!
