Walkable to the beach, walkable to the supermarket, washer/dryer in the unit was a lovely plus, convenient parking. Very quiet property with lots of access to restaurants, boardwalk and more.

This rental property was one of the best we have ever stayed at. Absolutely perfect for families. All of the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds are big and comfortable. The location is also perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The pool also is perfect for a cool down after the beach.The host was also great with excellent check-in information. The host had great communication and is very responsive.We would highly recommend this place to stay!

Perfect location and amenities! Short walk to the boardwalk, pool is clean and nice sized. Harris Teeter is super close and well stocked if you need anything. Beds were super comfy, kitchen has a decent area for prep and fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, baking trays etc. Full size washer and dryer that run really quiet. Couldn't be happier with our stay

The condo was very accommodating, clean and convenient for our weekend in Virginia Beach. The host response promptly to any questions and is very easy to work with. We’ve stayed at the same location multiple years because of the friendliness of the host and the convenience for our family.

Perfect family beach vacation spot!

Kevin’s place was perfect for our family! We traveled to the area for our daughter’s dance competition but we also had some time to enjoy the beach too which was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Convenient to all locations and especially grocery store!!

Great stay - clean and comfortable - convenient to Dining, walking to shops, grocery store . Loved the kitchen area for breakfast and loved having two bathrooms Would stay again !!!

Property felt safe, everything was exactly as stated. Location was fantastic to be close to everything absolutely needed or wanting to explore. Communication was fantastic and they even were kind enough to add extra time to our stay due to poor weather. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Place in a Great Location

Very convenient to everything. We were there in the winter, but if you wanted to go to the beach, very accessible. Place was very comfortable. Good restaurants in easy walking distance.

Amazing location, wonderful condo!

Very clean condo, close to the beach and restaurants! Having an in house washer/dryer was so nice. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend - great location, awesome place!

Our stay was wonderful - beautiful and cozy condo. Furnished kitchen and great location to everything we needed. Easy access, but felt secure also. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

Really great little place! Restaurants and beach within easy walk, clean, comfortably furnished. Good communication with the owner, instructions very clear. We prefer a simply decorated space with focus on comfort of guests and this delivered! Bookshelf in the living room with games and books was a nice touch. Only complaint is they need a tea pot!

Cozy family getaway

Our family was very pleased with this condo. It was very close to the beach, and the trolley stop. Everyone we encountered in the building was very friendly. We have no complaints.

Great Host!!! Responds promptly! Condo convenient to grocery store, our favorite restaurants and our favorite destinations. The condo is roomy, clean, has everything we need for our short weekend!

Great visit

First visit to VA Beach and we were very pleased with the property and the area. Was quiet and private, even on the ground floor. Kid friendly with beach toys, booster seat, books and games. Building lobby had a funky smell and kitchen was tight with minimal storage, but did the trick for a few days!!
