This completely newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, first floor condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. It is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts and the pool. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 40" flat screen TV and there are two queen size beds in the guest bedroom with also a 40" flat screen TV. The over-sized living room is equipped with a large 55" flat screen TV with all TV's having FIOS HD TV service for your enjoyment. Both bathrooms have beautiful granite counter tops and have walk-in showers. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a Keurig coffee machine and a 12 cup coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio for you to enjoy with your friends and family. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
