This newly renovated and newly furnished second floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. The minimum stay for this unit is three nights. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with two queen size beds with a 32 inch flat screen TV and there is a king size bed in the guest bedroom with a 32 inch flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a convenient tub/shower combination. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, blender and a 12 cup coffee maker as well as a Keurig Machine. The living room TV is a 55 inch flat screen with leather furnishings. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio which is screened-in so that you may enjoy our warm tropical breezes with your friends and family.Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
