(2) Full beds, with (1) Twin-upper bunk which were purchased in May 2019, another 32" flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with large vanity and tub/shower combination. | The living room is open with plenty of natural light provided by the second set of sliding-glass doors that bring you onto the balcony/lanai. There is a mounted 50 inch flat screen TV and two leather sofas for comfort and easy living. Upgraded free Wifi throughout. The kitchen has been remodeled and has granite counter tops and is fully furnished with lots of pots/pans. The dining table is large and comfortably seats 6 people. Our condo has gone through many updates in the six years we have owned it with new furnishings and annually painted throughout. We are located on the inter-coastal side of the property, with a short 5-7 minute walk through the property to reach the private beach. Our home is very clean with all of the amenities you would look for! For your added convenience towels and linens are provided, even beach towels! Our beds are premium beds for further comfort and the condo is family friendly and ready for what a great vacation has to offer. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
