Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbeques. This unit accommodates 4 people. The master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed with a 40" flat screen TV. There is one Queen size bed in the guest bedroom with a 32" flat screen TV. The beautiful master bathroom has a walk in shower with grab bars while the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with Direct TV service for your entertainment. The modern spacious kitchen has granite counter tops and a breakfast bar. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, a coffee maker and Keurig. The condo is completely tiled. There is also extra living space because the patio has been incorporated into the living area. There is also a small office area for your convenience. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.
